2012 Paul Hornung Award watch list released

The Paul Hornung Award is given to the "most versatile player in major college football."

The watch lists have arrived in college football. The annual individual awards given at the end of the season will be rolling out their initial lists over the next couple weeks, and college football fans get their first round of debatable distinctions for 2012.

The Paul Hornung Award is a new postseason award, as 2012 will be only the third year in which it's given out. The award goes to the "most versatile player in major college football." This season the award names 49 players to keep your eyes on.
