Seahawks' Quandre Diggs: Set to be released
The Seahawks are slated to release Diggs, Brady Henderson of ESPN reports.
Per Henderson, Seattle is also in line to part ways with Jamal Adams, leaving the team with a void at safety in advance of NFL free agency. Diggs -- a three-time Pro Bowler -- is coming off a 2023 regular season in which he recorded a career-high 95 tackles as well as an interception over the course of 17 games with the Seahawks.

Seahawks' Quandre Diggs: Career high in tackles
Diggs posted 95 tackles (63 solo), five pass breakups and an interception across 17 games during the 2023 regular season.
This was the first time since 2016 -- Diggs' second NFL season -- that he didn't post at least three interceptions, but the veteran safety still managed to post a career high in tackles while playing nearly every snap. He's heading into the final year of a three-year, $39 million contract and should be set up as the Seahawks' starting free safety again in 2024.

Seahawks' Quandre Diggs: Six tackles in loss
Diggs had six tackles (three solo) in Sunday's 28-16 loss to the 49ers.
It's the third straight game Diggs has recorded six tackles. He's now up to 73 on the year -- fourth on the team behind fellow safety Jordan Love -- and has surpassed his season total of 71 last year.

Diggs recorded nine tackles (five solo) in Sunday's 24-20 win over Cleveland.
Diggs was a busy man in Week 8, compiling a season-high nine stops in the victory. The safety has now registered 34 tackles, two pass deflections and an interception over the first seven games of 2023.

Diggs logged eight tackles (eight solo) in Sunday's 17-13 loss to the Bengals.
Diggs' eight tackles were not only good enough to lead the team but were also a new season high for the 30-year-old. Diggs now has 22 tackles (17 solo) through six games and will look to add to those totals next week versus the Cardinals.

Diggs recorded three solo tackles while intercepting a pass and deflecting another in Monday's 24-3 win over the Giants.
Diggs snatched his first interception of the year Monday, picking off New York's quarterback Daniel Jones in the fourth quarter. Operating as Seattle's primary free safety, Diggs has 14 tackles, an interception and a pass deflection through four games in 2023.

Seahawks' Quandre Diggs: Logs full practice Saturday
Diggs (hamstring) was a full participant in Saturday's practice and does not carry an injury designation for Monday's contest against the Giants, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Diggs was able to ramp up his practice participation since sitting out of Thursday's session and is set to play in Week 4. His presence is good news for a Seahawks secondary that will be razor thin at cornerback with Artie Burns (hamstring) and Tre Brown (concussion) ruled out for Monday's game and Coby Bryant (toe) listed as doubtful.

Diggs played in Week 3 against the Panthers despite being listed as questionable before the game. The safety has started Seattle's last 53 regular-season contests, so his status will be important to monitor ahead of Monday night's game against the Giants.
