Skipper (elbow) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Skipper contributed one tackle before his second-half departure, helping teammate Rashaan Evans stop Jaguars back James Robinson for a short gain on an early third-quarter run. Week 14 marked the Toledo product's fourth appearance of the 2020 campaign, but now his practice participation will require monitoring in order to get a read on his availability for an upcoming game against Detroit.

Skipper signed a two-year extension with the Steelers on Monday, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Skipper began the season with the Steelers but was waived and claimed by the Giants before being waived again and rejoining the Steelers. The 24-year-old ended up appearing in six games -- all with New York -- and had three total tackles, a half-sack and a fumble recovery.

Skipper was waived before he could take the field with the Steelers, but was given another shot rather quickly. The Toledo product provides depth to the linebacker corps, and could see time in Week 2 should Kareem Martin (knee) be sidelined.
