Skipper (undisclosed) reached an injury settlement with the Steelers on Wednesday and is now a free agent, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Skipper reverted to IR last Tuesday after clearing waivers. The 27-year-old is now free to pursue opportunities with other teams, as long as he can prove that he's healthy.

Skipper (undisclosed) cleared waivers and reverted to the Steelers' injured reserve Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Pittsburgh waived Skipper with an injury designated Monday, and he'll stick in the organization after passing through waivers unclaimed. The 27-year-old hasn't seen NFL action since 2020 when he appeared in four games and totaled five tackles for the Titans.
