Scott agreed to a three-year, $12 million contract with the Bengals on Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Scott had a career-best season with the Rams in 2022, totaling 86 tackles (56 solo) along with five defensed passes, two interceptions and two forced fumbles. The Penn State product injured his rotator cuff near the end of the campaign and was subsequently placed on IR, but he should be good to go for the start of training camp. Williams (kneecap) requested to be traded from the Bengals on Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Following the team's signing of Orlando Brown on Wednesday, Williams wants out of Cincinnati. Mixon won't be indicted in connection with a shooting that occurred near his home March 6, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

While Mixon's sister and her boyfriend reportedly face indictments stemming from the incident, the running back won't be subject to any criminal punishment. This past season, Mixon -- who is under contract with the Bengals through 2024 -- carried 210 times for 814 yards and seven TDs to go along with 60 catches for 441 yards and a pair of receiving scores in 14 games.
