The Eagles signed Hebert to their practice squad Thursday. The rookie wideout out of Louisiana Tech had spent the offseason with Seattle before he and the team parted ways at the end of August. The Seahawks waived Hebert on Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports. Hebert latched on with Seattle as an undrafted free agent in May and caught three of four targets for 21 yards during preseason play.
