Giants' Amani Oruwariye: Finds new home
Oruwariye signed a contract with the Giants on Thursday, Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record reports.
Oruwariye will get a new opportunity in New York after struggling to maintain a steady role in Detroit. The 27-year-old recorded 44 tackles (36 solo) and three passes defended in 2022, which were both the lowest totals he's posted in those categories since his rookie campaign in 2019. His addition will bolster the Giants' depth at cornerback.

Giants' Jamison Crowder: Signing with Giants
Crowder is slated to sign a one-year deal with the Giants, per Josina Anderson of CBS Sports.
A fractured ankle limited Crowder to just four regular-season games with the Bills in 2022, during which time he recorded six catches for 60 yards. Now that he's presumably past his ankle issues, the 29-year-old will have a chance to compete for slot snaps in the Giants' wide receiver corps.

Giants' Leonard Johnson: Gets chance with G-Men
The Giants agreed to terms Monday with Johnson (knee) on a three-year contract, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Johnson went undrafted out of Duke after suffering a torn ACL while training for the 2022 NFL Draft, but he's now back to full health with a chance to compete for a depth role in New York. The 6-foot, 194-pound cornerback could have to display acumen on special teams for a chance at earning a roster spot beyond the offseason.
