Heinola signed a two-year, $1.6 million contract with Winnipeg on Monday.
Heinola accumulated 10 goals and 27 points in 41 regular-season appearances with AHL Manitoba in 2023-24. He also had two assists in two playoff outings. Heinola has provided one goal and 10 helpers in 35 career NHL contests. The 23-year-old defenseman will compete for a spot on Winnipeg's bottom pairing at training camp.

Jets' Dylan Coghlan: Re-ups with new club
Coghlan signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Jets on Wednesday, per PuckPedia.
Coghlan made just one NHL appearance in 2023-24, though he put up 41 points in 61 games with AHL Springfield. The Jets acquired him from the Hurricanes via trade earlier in July. Coghlan's not guaranteed an NHL roster spot this season, though he'll have the chance to compete for one in training camp now that he's under contract.

Jets' David Gustafsson: Inks two-year deal
Gustafsson signed a two-year, $1.67 million contract with the Jets on Saturday.
Gustafsson had three goals and seven points in 39 regular-season appearances in 2023-24 for the Jets. The Swedish native also picked up three helpers in six AHL regular-season games with Manitoba. Gustafsson will probably occupy a bottom-six spot with Winnipeg in the upcoming campaign.

Jets' Logan Stanley: Agrees to two-year deal
Stanley signed a two-year, $2.5 million contract with Winnipeg on Saturday.
Stanley contributed one goal, one assist, 29 shots on net, 40 blocked shots and 45 hits across 25 regular-season contests in 2023-24. He also provided one assist and 16 hits in three playoff appearances. Stanley will compete for a depth role with the Jets at training camp ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.

Jets' Dylan Coghlan: Traded to Winnipeg
Coghlan was dealt to Winnipeg from Carolina on Saturday in exchange for future considerations.
Coghlan saw action in only one game with the Hurricanes last season after playing 105 NHL contests over the previous three campaigns. The 26-year-old defenseman had 16 goals and 25 assists in 61 AHL regular-season games with Springfield in 2023-24. He will be in the mix to fill out the bottom pairing with the Jets, and if he cracks the lineup, he could see power-play time on the second unit.

Jets' Haydn Fleury: Heading north for 2024-25
Fleury signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Jets on Wednesday, Darren Dreger of TSN reports.
Fleury played in 24 regular-season games for the Lightning last year, earning five points with 40 blocked shots and 31 hits. The 27-year-old did not make a postseason appearance. Fleury will have a tough time getting much NHL time in 2024-25 and should be expected to be a frequent healthy scratch or an organizational depth option at AHL Manitoba.

Jets' Mason Shaw: Signs with Winnipeg
Shaw signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Jets on Wednesday, Darren Dreger of TSN reports.
Shaw missed most of 2023-24 while recovering from a torn ACL. He ended up playing in 20 games with the Wild, posting three points, 29 hits and 34 PIM. He's a veteran of 82 NHL games over parts of three seasons, but it's likely the 25-year-old spends most of 2024-25 with AHL Manitoba.

Jets' Jaret Anderson-Dolan: Receives two-year deal
Anderson-Dolan signed a two-year, $1.55 million contract with Winnipeg on Tuesday.
Anderson-Dolan didn't receive a qualifying offer from Nashville, which made him eligible for unrestricted free agency. He appeared in one regular-season game with the Predators after being claimed off waivers from LA in March. As a member of the Kings in 2023-24, he contributed one goal, three helpers and 53 hits in 30 regular-season outings. Anderson-Dolan will likely serve as a depth option for the Jets in the upcoming campaign.

Jets' Danny Zhilkin: Participating in prospect camp
Zhilkin (shoulder) will be in attendance for the Jets' prospect camp, the team announced Tuesday.
Zhilkin was limited to just 44 games with AHL Manitoba last year due to his shoulder problem. In those outings, the 20-year-old center notched two goals, five assists and 22 PIM. Given his injury history and limited offensive upside, Zhilkin will almost certainly spend the majority of the 2024-25 campaign playing in the minors with the Moose.

Jets' Colin Miller: Staying with Winnipeg
Miller signed a two-year, $3 million deal with the Jets on Monday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
Miller was sent from New Jersey to Winnipeg last season and will stick around on a two-year contract. The veteran blueliner was often a healthy scratch after the trade and he dressed in just five regular-season games with the Jets. Winnipeg's blue line is a bit thinner after losing Brenden Dillon, but Miller likely won't see more than a bottom-pair role. Miller has reached the 20-point mark only once in the last five years.

Jets' Kaapo Kahkonen: Signs one-year agreement
Kahkonen signed a one-year, $1 million contract with the Jets on Monday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
Kahkonen had a 7-24-3 record, 3.64 GAA and .898 save percentage across 37 contests between San Jose and New Jersey last season. He'll probably compete with Eric Comrie for the backup gig during training camp, and it wouldn't be surprising to see Kahkonen win that competition. Either way, Connor Hellebuyck will absorb the bulk of the starts in Winnipeg so long as he stays healthy.

Jets' Eric Comrie: Back in Winnipeg
Comrie signed a two-year, $1.65 million contract with Winnipeg on Monday.
Comrie posted a 2-7-0 record with a 3.69 GAA and an .874 save percentage in 10 regular-season outings with Buffalo in 2023-24. He also went 3-1-0 with a 2.26 GAA and a .934 save percentage in four regular-season appearances with AHL Rochester this past campaign. Comrie, who has spent four of his first eight years with Winnipeg, has returned to the team that drafted him 59th overall in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He will serve as Connor Hellebuyck's backup.

Jets' Alfons Freij: Swedish rearguard joins Jets
Freij was the 37th overall pick by the Jets in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft on Saturday.
Freij was good enough this past season that no one would have thought twice if he ended up being selected in the final stages of Round 1. He was brilliant for Vaxjo's U20 team, posting 14 goals and 33 points in 40 games, excellent numbers for any player, especially a defenseman. Freij excels as an offensive defender, with the ability to lead a power play and thrive in transition. He needs to play a bit more under control at times, but that's teachable. If Winnipeg can improve Freij's decision-making and defensive play, there's real long-term potential here.

Jets' Dylan DeMelo: Staying with club
DeMelo inked a four-year, $19.6 million contract with Winnipeg on Tuesday.
DeMelo was able to get a new deal signed ahead of the start of free agency Monday, tying himself to the Jets for another four seasons. Last year, the veteran blueliner played in all 82 regular-season contests while putting up three goals, 28 assists and 83 shots. While DeMelo is never going to be a Norris Trophy candidate, he should be able to replicate that production next season, making him a decent mid-range fantasy target.

Jets' Thomas Milic: Agrees to entry-level deal
Milic signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Jets on Friday. His deal will begin with the 2024-25 campaign.
Milic was selected with the No. 151 overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft. Although he's just now signing with the Jets, the 21-year-old spent the 2023-24 campaign playing for their AHL affiliate in Manitoba. Milic posted a 2.72 GAA and a .900 save percentage in 33 regular-season outings with the minor-league club. He also recorded a 3.68 GAA and an .877 save percentage in two playoff appearances before Manitoba was eliminated by Texas in the first round.
