Elliot Desnoyers: Released from tryout
Desnoyers has been released from his professional tryout by the Wild, the team announced Sunday.
While Desnoyers was released from Minnesota's training camp, he will report to AHL Iowa's training camp to compete for a spot there. The 23-year-old spent the last three seasons in the Flyers' organization and had 19 points in 59 regular-season games last year with AHL Lehigh Valley.

Elliot Desnoyers: Hits free agency
Desnoyers didn't receive a qualifying offer from the Flyers on Monday, making him an unrestricted free agent.
After making his NHL debut during the 2022-23 campaign, Desnoyers has played exclusively for AHL Lehigh Valley over the last two seasons. He recorded five goals, 14 assists and 27 PIM over 59 regular-season appearances with the club last year but will become a free agent ahead of the 2025-26 season.

Desnoyers was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Thursday.
Desnoyers was recalled two weeks ago and managed to get into his first two NHL games. He was pointless before being sent back to the AHL a week ago. Desnoyers picked up a goal and an assist this past week in four AHL games, giving him 20 goals and 38 points in 52 games with Lehigh Valley.

Desnoyers was reassigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Thursday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Desnoyers played in two games with the Flyers, making his NHL debut Saturday against New Jersey and playing Wednesday versus the Rangers before his demotion. The center was held off the scoresheet in both contests. Desnoyers has picked up 19 goals and 17 assists in 48 AHL appearances this year.

Desnoyers was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Saturday and will be in the Flyers lineup versus the Devils.
Desnoyers had 19 goals and 17 assists in 48 games with Lehigh Valley, his first season as a professional. The 21-year-old has been red-hot of late, with five goals and 13 points in his last seven games, including two goals and six points in his last two contests. He will replace Travis Konecny (upper body) in the lineup after the Flyers placed Konecny on injured reserve in a corresponding move.
