Cardinals' Sean Chandler: Finds new home
Chandler signed a contract with the Cardinals on Tuesday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Chandler spent the last two seasons in Carolina and has mostly been a special-teams contributor since stepping into the NFL in 2018 with the Giants. The Temple product is set to miss the first two weeks of the season due to a suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances. Josh Weinfuss@joshweinfuss23M agoJonathan Gannon nailed it this week when he said the 49ers play "extremely fast" when the ball is snapped. The Cardinals' offensive line (plus help from the tight ends) can't slow down the 49ers' defensive front so far.

Josh Weinfuss@joshweinfuss28M agoOn the Cardinals' first defensive drive today, which ended with a SF touchdown, they used three DL on 7 of the 8 plays. They gave up 54 yards on those plays. When they deployed less than that, which happened on just on 1 play, Arizona gave up just 1 yard.
