The Saints expect Penning (foot) to be ready for training camp, Katherine Terrell of ESPN reports.
Penning is expected to be ready for training camp after suffering a Lisfranc injury in January. Even though he might not be ready for the the start of camp this news is still promising for the 23-year-old as he can use the opportunity to further develop ahead of his second season.
