From game-time decisions to injuries so significant they affect the value of every single position, let's break down the Fantasy and DFS impact of injuries for every Week 11 matchup. Know when to pivot and how your fantasy roster will be affected.

Below, you'll find a game-by-game look at the injuries you need to know that will have the biggest impact for Fantasy leagues, as well as the implications for DFS players. This week's list of notable names includes quarterbacks Josh Allen, Kyler Murray and Matthew Stafford; running backs Ezekiel Elliott and Gus Edwards; receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster Mike Williams, Keenan Allen, DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise Brown; tight ends Gerald Everett and Cole Kmet; and many others, including key offensive line and defensive injuries to know.

Notable injuries

Bears

Falcons

While Khalil Herbert wasn't a weekly start, his absence will make a significant impact on the Bears offense. Herbert is not eligible to return from IR until Week 16 against the Bills. While Herbert is out, David Montgomery is a reliable RB2. Justin Fields will likely continue to lead the way on the ground and that limits Montgomery's upside. But Montgomery should take the bulk of the snaps at running back. In very deep leagues, Fantasy managers can pick up Trestan Ebner, who will operate as the RB2. I expect Montgomery to lead the way. However, it's possible that Ebner sees enough work for low-end flex value in deep leagues as the season progresses. Cole Kmet is a top-10 option at tight end after being cleared.

DFS impact

Although Montgomery's upside is limited, this week's matchup against against the Falcons is excellent. Montgomery is a viable option in cash games. Ebner's price is very attractive but it's tough to trust he'll see a significant workload. Given the matchup, you could use Ebner as a GPP option but it's very risky. Kmet's price is on the rise but he's still a solid option, particularly when stacking with Justin Fields.

Notable injuries

Panthers

Ravens

  • QB Lamar Jackson (illness) - Questionable
  • RB Gus Edwards (hamstring) - Questionable
  • WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) - TBD
  • TE Mark Andrews (shoulder) - Questionable

Baker Mayfield gets the start with P.J. Walker out. Walker has had a solid connection with D.J. Moore, and his absence makes Moore a riskier flex option. The Panthers continue to deal with injuries to their secondary and have given up the 10th most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Typically, this would be fantastic news for the Ravens, but the Ravens are thin at receiver and Mark Andrews is questionable. Andrews did practice in full on Friday so he's trending in the right direction. However, Fantasy managers should monitor his status throughout the weekend. Fantasy managers should also monitor news around Edwards throughout the weekend. Given the matchup, Edwards is a flex option if active and not on snap count limitations. If Edwards is inactive, Kenyan Drake is a flex option and low-end RB2.

Lamar Jackson, who was a late addition to the injury report, did not practice on Friday with an illness and is questionable. Fantasy managers need to monitor his status throughout the weekend, although it is important to note than John Harbaugh said he expects Jackson to play on Sunday.

DFS impact

It's difficult to trust Ravens receivers, even against a struggling Panthers secondary. Andrews is the best option and priced well for being the top tight end on the main slate. With lack of pass-catching upside, playing Edwards in DraftKings is less than ideal as he'll likely give up receiving work to Drake. If Edwards is out, Drake is a solid option.

Notable injuries

Browns

  • TE David Njoku (ankle) - Questionable
  • CB Greg Newsome (concussion) - Out

Bills

Njoku is still questionable so Fantasy managers should monitor his progress throughout the weekend. However, it appears Njoku is trending towards playing. Given the significant injuries at tight end in Fantasy, Njoku would be a TE1 if active. Njoku is averaging the sixth-most fantasy points per game for tight ends.

Allen is cleared for Week 11 and a must-start with the game moved to Detroit due to snow in Buffalo. The Bills are still dealing with significant injuries on defense. The run defense has been vulnerable and Nick Chubb is a top start this week. It's hard to trust Amari Cooper beyond a flex option in this matchup but Donovan Peoples-Jones is an interesting flex option with a solid floor coming off his best game of 2022.

DFS impact

Many planned to pivot from this game with the weather concerns. But with the game moved to a dome and defensive injuries on the Bills, all active players are strong DFS options. The only risky option at his price point is Amari Cooper, who has had difficulty in road games.

Notable injuries

Commanders

Texans

McKissic is out again for Washington, making both Brian Robinson and Antonio Gibson RB2 options in Week 11. The Texans have struggled significantly against the run and Washington will lean heavily on both Robinson and Gibson. The two backs combined for nearly 30 Fantasy points in PPR last week. With a fairly even snap count, upside is limited. But the floor is solid for both backs.

For the Texans, both Cooks and Collins are cleared and are low-end flex options in Week 11.

DFS impact

Gibson and Robinson are both priced below $6,000 on DraftKings. Gibson offers the higher upside with his receiving work but both backs are viable options in DFS given their value pricing. On the Texans side, lean towards Collins as a strong value play at just $4,100 on DraftKings with both of Houston's top receivers cleared.

Notable injuries

Eagles

Colts

The Eagles have typically had one of the shortest injury reports throughout the season. But they took a big hit in Week 10, losing Dallas Goedert to IR and seeing other big names deal with smaller injuries. But all Eagles players on the injury report other than Josh Jobe are cleared for Week 11. Fantasy managers should feel confident starting Brown as a WR1 and Smith as a low-end WR2.

DFS impact

While Brown and Smith are cleared and active for Week 11, the Colts have been a difficult matchup against the pass and the Eagles are priced up significantly on DraftKings, particularly Brown. However, they are interesting contrarian pieces as rostership might be lower, given the matchup.

Notable injuries

Jets

Patriots

One small but impactful injury piece to note is that Ty Montgomery is out for the remainder of the season. This is a major boost for Rhamondre Stevenson, as Fantasy managers have been concerned that the return of Montgomery would remove Stevenson's receiving upside. Damien Harris is still a factor but the locked-in pass-catching work is a great addition for Stevenson's rest-of-season value. DeVante Parker is not a viable fantasy start but his absence would help Jakobi Meyers, who is a borderline WR2/3 option this week.

For the Jets, Corey Davis remains out, leaving Garrett Wilson as the sole receiving option for Zach Wilson. While New England is a difficult matchup, Wilson still has upside and flex value.

DFS impact

While Damien Harris is not on the injury report, it's important to note he missed Week 9 and is returning to action this week. Regardless, Stevenson's pass-catching upside makes him an excellent option in DFS. Meyers and Garrett Wilson are in difficult matchups as both defenses are strong against the pass. However, the price point is excellent. Wilson is a solid option with Davis out at just $4,900 on DraftKings. Meyers is priced at $5,500 and interesting if Parker is out.

Notable injuries

Rams

Saints

Stafford is cleared for Week 11, but he'll unfortunately be without Kupp, who was placed on IR this week. Kupp's absence sends ripple effects throughout the Rams offense and opens up increased target opportunities. It's very unlikely that anyone steps into Kupp's level of workload. Van Jefferson is still very available on waivers if Fantasy managers are seeking a receiver with potential upside. Tyler Higbee also increases in value and should be a TE1 while Kupp is out. After several disappointing weeks, Higbee caught all eight of his targets in Week 10 for 73 yards.

The Saints continue to deal with significant injuries on defense. This should open up opportunities for the Rams offense but given the absence of Kupp, Rams receivers continue to be flex options at best.

DFS impact

While I can't trust Van Jefferson beyond a flex option in season-long leagues, he's an interesting value play at just $4,500 on DraftKings. Given the Saints' injuries and Jefferson's big-play upside, he has a high ceiling ideal for GPP. Jarvis Landry is another $4,500 value play. The Rams have given up the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers and Landry saw a strong snap count in Week 10.

Notable injuries

Lions

Giants

Fantasy managers in deep leagues should monitor the status for Chark and Reynolds. However, even if both are active, Amon-Ra St. Brown's value is not affected. St. Brown is still a strong WR2 with WR1 upside.

For the Giants, Golladay has failed to make an impact and his status has no effect on the Giants offense. However, the absence of Robinson would increase value for Darius Slayton. Slayton is operating as the Giants' WR1 and been very efficient with the Giants' low pass volume. If Robinson is out, upside increases for Slayton, who has had double-digit Fantasy points in four of his last five games. He's a solid flex option.

DFS impact

Despite being the Giants' WR1, Slayton is priced at just $5,000 on DraftKings. The Giants should push heavy volume on the ground but the offense should move well and provide scoring opportunities for Slayton. Slayton is a strong value play if Robinson is out.

Notable injuries

Raiders

Broncos

The Raiders' pass attack would take a huge hit if Adams is out or limited. Without Adams and in a difficult matchup, Carr is an unreliable streaming option and Fantasy managers should look to deeper options like Marcus Mariota or Daniel Jones. Mack Hollins is a low-end flex option is Adams is out.

The Broncos will be without Jeudy and Hamler in Week 11. The loss of Jeudy pushes Courtland Sutton in WR2 range given the Raiders' struggles on defense. If Hinton is active, he's an interesting option in very deep leagues. Even without Jeudy, Russell Wilson is still a viable streaming option in Week 11.

DFS impact

While Sutton is a solid WR2 option in season-long leagues, it's difficult to play in him DFS given his pricing. At $6,000, he's within $1K of multiple high-upside options this week. Lean towards playing Hinton at just $3,600, if he's active.

Notable injuries

Cowboys

Vikings

Elliott is questionable for Sunday's game but appears to be trending towards playing. His return would significantly hurt the value of Tony Pollard, who has thrived in his absence. The Vikings defense is dealing with injuries but they have remained strong against the run and been very vulnerable against the pass. Elliott and Pollard would be flex options at best if Elliott is active, given the matchup.

Jefferson was cleared for the Vikings and remains a top option at receiver.

DFS impact

The return of Elliott would make Pollard a poor option in DFS. Lean towards the pass, pay up for CeeDee Lamb and avoid the run game as a whole.

Notable injuries

Bengals

Steelers

We are still awaiting final confirmation on DJ Reader, but his return would be a significant boost for the Bengals' run defense. Najee Harris has struggled and is losing snaps and carries to Jaylen Warren. Both running backs would be a low-end flex option at best, given the split and potential return of Reader.

Cincinnati is still without Chase, making Higgins a WR1 option and Boyd a WR2/3 option.

DFS impact

Both Harris and Warren are well-priced as value plays. But again, given the potential boost to Cincinnati's defense, both are risky options with low upside.

Notable injuries

Chiefs

Chargers

This game is full of significant injuries that will make Fantasy managers' early game-choices very difficult. Monitor reports throughout the weekend to gauge any clarity around the potential return of Mike Williams and Keenan Allen. Both players practiced in full on Friday and are trending towards playing. Hopefully, we get confirmation before the early games on Sunday. If active, feel comfortable starting Williams as a WR2 and Allen as just a flex option -- as he did reaggravate his injury in his first attempted return. The potential return of Williams and Allen increases value for Justin Herbert as well.

For the Chiefs, the injuries are significant but very clear. Hardman is on IR and Smith-Schuster is out for Week 11. Kadarius Toney and Marquez Valdes-Scanting have significant upside and are solid flex options for Week 11.

DFS impact

Pricing for the showdown slate has players slotted at proper value. Williams and Allen are the highest-priced receivers. Given there's no discount, I'd lean towards the lower priced options of Valdes-Scanting and Toney. Although there's no discount on Herbert, a full health receiving corps would increase his value and make him an interesting contrarian option.

Notable injuries

49ers

Cardinals

The Cardinals continue to deal with one of the longest injuries reports of any team. Murray and Hopkins remain questionable, a difficult situation with a Monday night game. Both players returned to practice on Friday but the capacity is unclear and their status remains in question. It's also possible that Marquise Brown returns from IR this week. Target share could decrease for Hopkins and Rondale Moore but the Cardinals should continue to push high-volume through the air. Hopkins and Moore are still weekly starts, even with the potential return of Brown.

DFS impact

The return of Hollywood Brown is the key piece to DFS impact. If Brown returns this could hurt value for Cardinals receivers. However, San Francisco's strength is against the run. All Cardinals receivers are still options in the showdown.
