Golden Knights' Zach Whitecloud: Contributes rare helper
Whitecloud logged an assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Whitecloud set up Noah Hanifin's game-winning goal with 1:55 left in the third period. As long as Alex Pietrangelo (undisclosed) and Nicolas Hague (illness) are out, Whitecloud will see a larger role on defense. That won't necessarily lead to more offense -- his assist Saturday ended a nine-game point drought. The 28-year-old is at 13 points, 72 shots on net, 115 hits, 102 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating across 73 appearances.

Golden Knights' Brayden McNabb: Point streak at three games
McNabb logged an assist and two blocked shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
McNabb has a goal and two assists during his three-game point streak. That follows a stretch in which he went eight contests without a point. As a shutdown defenseman, McNabb doesn't have to be active offensively to make an impact, though it's a bonus when he is. The 34-year-old is at 20 points, a mark he's reached in two straight years and three times in his career. He's added 90 shots on net, 164 blocked shots, 130 hits and a plus-40 rating in 2024-25. McNabb also joined Ryan McDonagh and Aliaksei Protas (foot) as the only players in the league to own plus-40 ratings or better this campaign.

Golden Knights' Tanner Pearson: Registers helper
Pearson produced an assist and three shots on goal in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Pearson has two helpers over his last four contests. The 32-year-old winger is stuck in a fourth-line role but remains in the lineup regularly. He's up to 27 points (12 goals, 15 assists) while adding 105 shots on net, 93 hits and a plus-4 rating across 76 appearances this season. Pearson's versatility should help him stay in the lineup for the postseason.

Golden Knights' Keegan Kolesar: Sends helper Saturday
Kolesar notched an assist in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Kolesar has supplied three assists over the last nine games. The 28-year-old has moved around the lineup at times, but he's been firmly on the fourth line for a few weeks, so his offense is likely to remain somewhat limited. He's produced 29 points (12 goals, 17 assists), 84 shots on net, 234 hits, 53 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 80 contests in a career-best year on offense.

Golden Knights' William Karlsson: Helps out on power play
Karlsson logged a power-play assist and three shots on goal in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Karlsson extended his point streak to four games (two goals, two assists) with his first power-play point since March 28 versus the Blackhawks. The center is up to 28 points (seven on the power play), 115 shots on net, 35 blocked shots and a plus-15 rating over 51 appearances. Karlsson's spot on the first power-play unit is intriguing, though he'll likely lose it once Jack Eichel (upper body) is healthy.

Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Grabs helper in win
Theodore logged an assist in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Theodore ended a three-game dry spell on offense when he helped out on Nicolas Roy's tally in the second period. The 29-year-old Theodore set the Golden Knights franchise record for points by a defenseman in a single season -- he's up to 55 points (seven goals, 48 assists) in 2024-25. He's added 124 shots on net, 80 blocked shots and a plus-15 rating, and he could have taken his offense even higher if he hadn't missed a month of NHL action due to an arm injury.

Golden Knights' Reilly Smith: Produces two more helpers
Smith logged two assists, including one on the power play, and two PIM in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Smith has four helpers over the last three games and a total of nine points across his last 11 outings. For the season, the 34-year-old winger is up to 40 points (13 goals, 27 assists), 126 shots on net, 48 hits, 41 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 77 appearances between the Golden Knights and the Rangers. He remains as steady as ever, usually good for roughly a point every other game while playing in all situations.

Golden Knights' Alexander Holtz: Strikes on power play in win
Holtz scored a power-play goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Holtz was playing in his second game since he was recalled from AHL Henderson on Thursday. The 23-year-old winger has slotted into a third-line role while the Golden Knights manage the absences of Jack Eichel (upper body) and Victor Olofsson (illness). Holtz has earned four goals, 12 points, 65 shots on net, 39 hits and a minus-3 rating over 51 appearances at the NHL level this season, a far cry from his 28-point showing over all 82 contests with the Devils in 2023-24.

Golden Knights' Noah Hanifin: Nets late game-winner
Hanifin scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Hanifin's tally at 18:05 of the third period broke a 3-3 tie and stood as the game-winner. It also snapped a seven-game point drought for the defenseman, and it was his first goal since March 11 versus the Penguins. The 28-year-old has 10 goals, 39 points, 145 shots on net, 106 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 80 appearances. He hasn't missed a contest this season, so it's possible Hanifin is a candidate for rest now that the Golden Knights have secured the top seed in the Pacific Division.

Golden Knights' Ivan Barbashev: Hits 50-point mark
Barbashev scored an empty-net goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Barbashev has three goals over his last four games. The tally got him to the 50-point mark in 2024-25 (23 goals, 27 assists), a level he's reached just twice in his nine-year career. The 29-year-old power forward has added 110 shots on net, 104 hits and a plus-25 rating over 69 outings as a regular part of the Golden Knights' top six.

Golden Knights' Nicolas Roy: Grabs two points Saturday
Roy scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist, blocked four shots and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
Roy earned his first multi-point effort since March 13 in Columbus. The 28-year-old has done a decent job of adding some depth scoring, racking up five goals and a helper over his last 12 outings. For the season, the center has reached the 30-point mark for the fourth year in a row, collecting 14 goals, 16 assists, 103 shots on net, 71 hits, 45 blocked shots, 43 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 69 outings.

Howden ended a stretch where he was limited to one assist over six games. He earned his first multi-point effort since his three-assist performance versus the Blackhawks on Feb. 27. For the season, the 27-year-old is up to 23 goals, 39 points, 122 shots on net, 118 hits, 53 blocked shots, 44 PIM and a plus-15 rating through 78 appearances for the best year of his career.

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Faces light workload in win
Hill stopped 14 of 17 shots in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Predators.
The Predators overcame a 3-1 deficit early in the third period, but the Golden Knights took the win with two goals over the last two minutes. Hill certainly wasn't at his best, but he did enough to earn his third straight win and his seventh victory in nine outings. He's now gone 12 games without allowing more than three goals -- he won't be dominant in every start, but he's rarely completely overwhelmed. Hill is at 32-13-5 with a 2.47 GAA and a .906 save percentage over 50 appearances. The Golden Knights' last two regular-season games are a back-to-back set on the road, with stops in Calgary on Tuesday and in Vancouver on Wednesday.

Samsonov (upper body) won't return to the lineup Saturday versus the Predators.
Samsonov is set to miss his eighth straight game. His last chances to return during the regular season will be in a road back-to-back with contests in Calgary on Tuesday and in Vancouver on Wednesday. It's unclear at this time if Samsonov will be able to suit up for either of those games.

Golden Knights' Alex Pietrangelo: Out with injury
Pietrangelo (undisclosed) has an injury that could keep him out for the remainder of the regular season.
Pietrangelo's timeline to return is unclear, but coach Bruce Cassidy wasn't overly concerned. If the 35-year-old defender misses the final three games of the regular season, he could be ready for the beginning of the playoffs. He has produced four goals, 33 points, 123 shots on net and 137 blocked shots across 70 appearances this season.
