Warren (hip) was considered a full participant on Wednesday's estimated injury report, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Warren has missed the Jets' last two games with a hip injury and he was unable to practice at all last week, so Wednesday's estimated report is a step in the right direction. The offensive lineman will look to take the field when the team has its first official practice session Thursday ahead of the Week 16 matchup with Washington.... See More ... See Less

Jets' Carter Warren: Officially out
Warren (hip) is inactive Sunday against the Dolphins. Warren came into the day doubtful after not being able to practice all week, so his inability to suit up for Week 15 shouldn't come as a surprise. Billy Turner or Duane Brown will likely start in his place at right tackle.... See More ... See Less -
Jets' Carter Warren: Unlikely to play versus Miami
Warren (hip) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports. Warren was a DNP for all three practices this week, and his status for Sunday's game is in doubt. Duane Brown or Billy Turner are candidates to start at right tackle if Warren is unable to suit up.... See More ... See Less -
Jets' Carter Warren: Activated from IR
The Jets activated Warren (undisclosed) from injured reserve Saturday. Warren was placed on IR in late August while dealing with an undisclosed injury. Jets' Carter Warren: Headed to IR
The Jets placed Warren (undisclosed) on their injured reserve Wednesday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports. Carter logged 43 snaps in the Hall of Fame game against the Browns on Aug. 3 before going down with an injury. The 2023 fourth-round pick out of Pittsburgh will now miss at least the first four games of the season.... See More ... See Less -
Jets' Carter Warren: Tackle lands in Big Apple
The Jets selected Warren in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft, 120th overall. A four-year starter at Pittsburgh, Warren has the prototypical frame of an offensive tackle (6-foot-5, long arms), but he seemed to play too rigid at times and drew 11 penalties over the final 15 games of his collegiate career. The offensive tackle tore his meniscus back in September and missed the majority of the testing process, but he figures to be healthy come the start of training camp.... See More ... See Less

Rich Cimini@RichCimini14H agoIt would’ve been highly unusual to outright cut Zach Wilson. The last QB drafted in the top 10 to be cut by his original team on his rookie contract was Robert Griffin III (drafted 2012). Blake Bortles (2014) was cut by the Jaguars, but he was on his second contract. #Jets

Andy Vasquez@andy_vasquez16H agoZach Wilson is heading to Denver. The Jets' decision to pick him No. 2 overall and hand him the starting job proved unwise, as did saying he needed a year to watch and keeping him as their only backup in 2023. But a fresh start for both sides. https://t.co/1DuoiqJRDn

Rich Cimini@RichCimini16H agoThis closes the book on the Zach Wilson era. It will be remembered as one of the worst draft picks in team history. You could argue it’s the worst, considering where he was drafted (No. 2 overall), the importance of the QB position and the lack of production. #Jets
