Ogbuehi signed a contract with the Dolphins on Monday. Ogbuehi was able to find a new team quickly after he was released by the Jets on Thursday. The 31-year-old joined New York from the Texans' practice squad last October and had actually re-signed with the team in April, but the Jets apparently decided to move in a different direction. Ogbuehi started five games last season at offensive tackle and will likely compete for a depth role in the trenches for Miami.... See More ... See Less

The Jets released Ogbuehi on Thursday, Field Yates of ESPN reports. Ogbuehi will now become a free agent once again despite having just re-signed with the Jets back in April. The 31-year-old became expendable as New York subsequently signed Billy Turner and drafted Carter Warren. Ogbuehi started five games last season and will now look for a new team to sign with for the 2023 campaign.... See More ... See Less -

Rich Cimini@RichCimini1D agoIt would’ve been highly unusual to outright cut Zach Wilson. The last QB drafted in the top 10 to be cut by his original team on his rookie contract was Robert Griffin III (drafted 2012). Blake Bortles (2014) was cut by the Jaguars, but he was on his second contract. #Jets
