The awards keep pilng up for Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel. The freshman was named the offensive player of the week and the co-freshman of the week by the league for his huge performance in a 59-57 win over against Louisiana Tech.

It was the second time in three weeks that Manziel has claimed those two honors in the same week.

He accounted for an SEC single-game record of 576 total offensive yards on Saturday. He broke his own previous record of 557, set earlier in the season against Arkansas. He had 19 carries for 181 yards and three touchdowns, and he completed 24 of 40 passes for 395 yards, three more touchdowns and just one interception.

Defensive Lineman of the Week: LSU DE Sam Montgomery (3 tackles, 2 sacks, FF)

Co-Freshmen of the Week: LSU RB Jeremy Hill (17 attempts, 124 yards, 2 TDs) and Manziel
