The Eagles signed Street on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Street is now in line to join last season's NFC champs in 2023 following Thursday's agreement. The 287-pounder joined the league in 2019 and spent the first three years of his career in San Francisco before he eventually joined the Saints prior to the start of last season. Coming off his most productive campaign in 2022, Street registered 29 tackles and 3.5 sacks across 17 games suited up for. He'll now join what was already considered a loaded defensive line corps alongside Brandon Graham, Fletcher Cox, Josh Sweat and Jordan Davis.... See More ... See Less

Saints' Kentavius Street: Lands with Saints
Street agreed to a contract with the Saints on Thursday, Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger reports. Street appeared in all 17 games for the 49ers last year and recorded 27 tackles (15 solo), three sacks and a forced fumble. He'll attempt to carve out work behind Shy Tuttle and David Onyemata with the Saints in 2022.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Better chance to play Sunday
Street (illness) was upgraded to questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. The 24-year-old was originally considered doubtful for the divisional contest due to the illness, but he's apparently feeling better in the lead up to the Sunday afternoon matchup. Kevin Givens will be the lone reserve at defensive tackle should Street be unable to play in Seattle.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Unlikely to play Sunday
Street (illness) has been downgraded to doubtful for Sunday's game versus the Seahawks, Keiana Martin of the 49ers' official site reports. Street didn't practice Friday and has officially been deemed doubtful. As a result, Kevin Givens is the only defensive tackle available behind starters Javon Kinlaw and D.J. Jones.... See More ... 49ers' Kentavius Street: Off PUP list
The 49ers removed Street (knee) from the active/PUP list Monday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports. Street tore his right ACL during the 2018 pre-draft process, resulting in no games played as a rookie and arthroscopic surgery in August 2019 to address tendinitis. The fourth-round pick ultimately has played just three contests, with four tackles on his career ledger. He'll look for better injury luck in 2020.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Designated to return
Street (knee) practiced Wednesday, opening the three-week window for him to be activated to the active roster. Street still hasn't played an NFL snap since entering the league in the fourth round of the 2018 draft. The 23-year-old is eligible to return for Sunday's matchup against the Saints but he has two more weeks to return to the lineup. Considering Damontre Moore (forearm) and Ronald Blair (knee) are both on IR, Street could have an immediate role on defense.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Expected back for OTAs
Street (knee) is expected to be fully cleared for OTAs in May, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports. Street has been on the reserve/Non-Football Injury list all season while recovering from the ACL tear he suffered in a predraft workout. The defensive end was cleared to resume practicing Dec. 12, thereby opening up a 21-day window for the 49ers to add him back to the roster. That technically makes Street a candidate to play Week 17 against the Rams, but it doesn't sound like he's demonstrated enough progress at this point for the 49ers to feel confident about activating him. Instead, the team will likely let him continue his rehab at a comfortable pace over the next few months in order to avoid any setbacks heading into the offseason program.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Activated to practice
Street (knee-ACL) was cleared to practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Street won't play in the team's final three regular season games, but the rookie will have the opportunity to prove he belongs with ample practice time. At North Carolina State, Street tallied 120 total tackles and 8.0 sacks over four seasons.... See More ... See Less -
49ers' Kentavius Street: Placed on Reserve/NFI list
Street (ACL) was placed on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list. Street is just four months removed from surgery to repair a torn ACL, so he was never expected to be able to return this season. The rookie defensive end will have to wait until the 2019 season to make his NFL debut.... See More ... See Less -
