Vujnovich signed on with the club after he bounced on and off Arizona's roster as a depth lineman. However, he does have some experience as a starter, as Vujnovich started all 16 games for the Colts in 2017. The 29-year-old now will look to battle for a depth spot elsewhere as camps open.

Redskins' Jeremy Vujnovich: Heads to Washington
Vujnovich agreed to a contract Wednesday with Washington, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.
Vujnovich spent the last two seasons bouncing on and off Arizona's roster as a reserve lineman, but he did start all 16 regular-season games at left guard with the Colts in 2017. The 29-year-old will now get a shot to compete for a role in Washington.

Vujnovich has been placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list due to a calf injury, the Colts' official site reports. "He had a pretty good pull on that calf, and that just takes time to get back from," general manager Chris Ballard noted.
Vujnovich has not participated in the team's offseason workout program, so it's not too surprising that he'll have a delayed start to training camp. While he was the only player besides LT Anthony Castonzo to log 100 percent of the Colts' offensive snaps last season, Vujnovich figures to slide back to a reserve role after the team remade its offensive line during the offseason. He can return to the field and the active roster at any point during the preseason.
