Nuggets' Jamal Murray: Inks extension
Murray and the Nuggets have come to terms on a four-year, $209 million extension, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Murray will now be under contract with the Nuggets through the 2029 season. The star point guard tied a career high with 21.2 points per game last season while also posting a career-best 6.5 assists across 59 games. He will enter his ninth season as the Nuggets' No. 2 option behind Nikola Jokic.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Triple-double in Olympic win
Jokic tallied 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, 11 assists, one block and one steal across 38 minutes in Saturday's 93-83 win by Serbia over Germany in the bronze medal game of the Paris Olympics.
Jokic posted the fifth-ever Olympic triple-double as Serbia cruised past Germany. The three-time NBA MVP did it all for Serbia in its Olympic campaign, and he had game highs in points, rebounds and assists to secure the bronze medal. In six Olympic appearances, the 29-year-old averaged 18.8 points, 10.7 rebounds, 8.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks across 32.7 minutes per game.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Posts double-double in close loss
Jokic collected 17 points (7-17 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 11 assists, five rebounds, one steal and one block in 38 minutes during Thursday's 95-91 semifinal loss to Team USA.
Unsurprisingly, Jokic played all but two minutes in Thursday's semifinal game. Despite registering an impressive stat line while Serbia owned a 17-point lead at one point, Jokic's effort wasn't enough to hold off Team USA. Serbia is set to face Germany for the bronze medal.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Does it all for Serbia in win
Jokic posted 22 points (7-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-12 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists and one block across 27 minutes in Serbia's 96-85 win over South Sudan in the Paris Olympics on Saturday.
Jokic produced a near double-double with 14 points and eight boards by the end of the first half alone. The three-time NBA MVP continued to dominate the entire contest with no one for South Sudan being able to stop him in the paint, and he was able to get to the charity stripe at will. The 29-year-old averaged 18.7 points, 11.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.0 steals across 27.0 minutes in three group-phase matches.
