The ACC No-Bowl Team

Half of the teams in the ACC will be playing in a bowl. That list won't include the league's leading rusher, top offensive lineman, or the CBSSports.com All-ACC linebacking corps.

Half of the teams in the ACC received bowl bids Sunday night, which means that other half of the league is done for the year. Four of the six teams were left out, because they didn’t win the required six games. Two -- North Carolina and Miami -- are serving self-imposed bowl bans.

That means there are several talented players who will miss out on a bowl-game showcase, including the league’s leading rusher, the top two receivers in catches per game, and the entire linebacking corps of CBSSports.com’s All-ACC team.

Here is CBSSports.com’s ACC No Bowl team -- an all-star team of players who will be home for the holidays:

Offense

QB – Stephen Morris, Miami (2,305 yards passing, 17 TD): Morris beat out Bryn Renner and Chase Rettig in a very deep No-Bowl position.

RB -- Giovani Bernard, North Carolina (1,228 yards rushing, 12 TD)

RB -- Duke Johnson, Miami (947 yards, 10 TD)

WR -- Michael Campanaro, Wake Forest (79 catches, 763 yards, 6 TD)

WR -- Alex Amidon, Boston College (78 catches, 1210 yards, 7 TD)
