Bussi was summoned from AHL Providence on Saturday, according to the AHL's transaction list. Bussi has a 2.67 GAA and a .913 save percentage in 40 AHL contests with Providence in 2023-24. He is projected to serve as an insurance policy behind Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark to begin the NHL playoffs. Bruins' Brandon Bussi: Inks one-year deal
Bussi signed a one-year, two-way contract extension with Boston on Monday. Bussi posted a 22-5-4 record with AHL Providence during the 2022-23 campaign to go along with a 2.40 GAA and a .924 save percentage.
