Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Gathers helper Sunday
Lyubushkin logged an assist, two hits and two blocked shots in Sunday's 6-2 win over the Flames.
Lyubushkin ended a seven-game slump when he assisted on a Jason Robertson tally in the second period. Long gaps between points shouldn't come as a surprise since Lyubushkin is more valued for his physical play than his offense. He has seven helpers, 15 shots on net, 31 hits, 46 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating through 27 outings this season, putting him one point shy of matching his production from 74 games between the Ducks and the Maple Leafs in the 2023-24 regular season.

Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Contributes assist in win
Lyubushkin notched an assist, two hits, three blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Lightning.
Lyubushkin had a shot attempt that pinged in off Evgenii Dadonov. The helper was Lyubushkin's sixth over 10 contests in November, which is one of the best stretches of his career. That's all the offense the 30-year-old blueliner has this year, and he's added 21 hits, 37 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating over 19 appearances. His career high in points is 14 from the 2021-22 campaign, which he split between the Coyotes and the Maple Leafs, but it's too soon to tell if he'll come close to that mark this year.

Lyubushkin notched two assists, two shots on goal, a plus-2 rating and four blocked shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Wild.
Lyubushkin has just five assists this season, all of which have come over seven contests in November. This was his second multi-point effort of the campaign, as he helped out on both of Mason Marchment's goals. Lyubushkin's biggest contributions are usually of the physical variety -- he's recorded at least one blocked shot in each game this season. The blueliner has 30 blocks, 17 hits, eight shots on net and a plus-4 rating through 16 appearances while filling a bottom-four role.

Lyubushkin logged an assist, three hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Lyubushkin has found some offense in November, posting three assists over his last three contests. The defenseman did not get on the scoresheet over nine games in October. That's not unusual -- he brings a physical element to the Stars' blue line, with little offense to add. He's recorded six shots on net, four PIM, 15 hits, 22 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 12 appearances in a bottom-four role.

While Lyubushkin isn't known for his offensive prowess, he's currently paired with offensive-minded Thomas Harley, so there could be an opportunity for the former to challenge his career-high mark in points (15), which he achieved during the 2021-22 campaign split between Arizona and Toronto.
