In Paye's second contest back from a two-game absence due to an ankle injury, he logged a sack for the second straight week, making it the fourth in the last six matchups for which he's suited up. Paye logged nine tackles (six solo), including one sack, during Sunday's 54-19 defeat versus the Cowboys.
Paye logged a season high in tackles while making his return from a two-game hiatus with an ankle injury. The 2021 first-round pick also logged his fifth sack of the season, and he's been a relatively effective pass rusher when healthy this season. While Paye did not appear to be limited by this lingering ankle issue, playing his usual share of the Colts' defensive snaps despite the blowout nature of this loss, he'll have an extra week to heal up while the team is on bye Week 14.

Colts' Kwity Paye: Full go Thursday
Paye (ankle) was listed as a full participant on the Colts' injury report Thursday.
Paye sustained a high-ankle sprain during Week 5's overtime win against Denver and was sidelined for the Colts' following three games. The 24-year-old was then able to return Week 9 versus New England, but he appeared to aggravate this issue in the next game versus Las Vegas and has missed the Colts' last two games as a result. Paye has now been deemed a full participant for the second day in a row Thursday, so he should be set to reprise a starting role against the Cowboys on Sunday.

Colts' Kwity Paye: Remains out Week 12
Paye (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Steelers.
Paye will miss his second game in a row after being forced out with an ankle injury during the Colts' Week 10 win over the Raiders. The second-year defensive end was also sidelined for three straight games with an ankle issue earlier this season, though he has recorded 24 tackles and four sacks over seven contests in 2022. With the availability of starting defensive end Yannick Ngakoue (back) also up in the air, Dayo Odeyingbo and Ifeadi Odenigbo could both stand to see increased usage versus Pittsburgh.
