The rookie seventh-round pick is expected to be recovered in time for the presumptive start of training camp, per Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com, at least barring any setbacks. Cooper shouldn't be pressured to contribute in Denver's linebacker corps right off the bat, so he should have ample time to catch back up once fully healthy.
