Fry signed a reserve/future contract with the Cardinals following the conclusion of the 2022 campaign, but he finds himself as a free agent heading into the summer. The undrafted kicker out of South Carolina has appeared in three NFL games, each with different teams (Atlanta, Cincinnati and Kansas City), since joining the league in 2019, connecting on five of six field-goal attempts and five of seven extra-point tries.
The Cardinals signed Fry to a reserve/future contract Wednesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Fry was a free agent for the entire 2022 campaign after being waived by the Jaguars in mid-August. He's played in three career games since 2020, making appearances for Atlanta, Cincinnati and Kansas City, and has gone 5-for-6 on field-goal attempts but just 5-for-7 on PATs during that stretch.
