Drew Kaser: Let go by Raiders
Kaser was cut by the Raiders on Monday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Kaser was signed in January to come into camp and compete with starter Johnny Townsend for the punting job, but the Raiders are making the move to undrafted free agent AJ Cole instead after he impressed at a rookie minicamp. Kaser will now hit the free-agent pool looking to jump-start his career somewhere else.

Raiders' Drew Kaser: Heading to Oakland
Kaser signed a future/reserve contract with the Raiders on Tuesday.
After starting the season as the Chargers punter, Kaser was released in early October. He logged a short stint with the Packers but was released once J.K. Scott returned from injury. He'll now spend the offseason in Oakland as he'll look to land a spot on the 53-man roster in 2019.

Drew Kaser: Let go by Green Bay
Kaser was released by the Packers on Monday.
Kaser signed with Green Bay two days ago as an emergency option in case rookie JK Scott's wife went into labor, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. The 2016 sixth-round pick has ultimately been released to make room for Ibraheim Campbell on the 53-man roster, leaving Scott as the Packers' uncontested starter.

Packers' Drew Kaser: Signs with Green Bay
Kaser signed a contract with the Packers on Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
It's a curious move from the Packers, as rookie punter JK Scott isn't listed on the injury report and the team is unlikely to move on from his 45.3-yard average and 39.8 net. Scott did have a 25-yard punt to set up the Rams' game-winning drive last week, but he's otherwise been fairly consistent through his rookie campaign. It remains to be seen how the situation unfolds, but it feels unlikely the Packers signed Kaser only to have him be inactive when there's no injury situation.

Drew Kaser: Released by Chargers
Kaser was released by the Chargers on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Chargers signed Donnie Jones to replace Kaser, who averaged 46.6 yards per punt on 14 attempts. Kaser has been with the Chargers since his rookie season in 2016, and he'll look to catch on with another team that's searching for help in the punting department.

Chargers' Drew Kaser: Suffers leg injury
Kaser is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Rams due to a leg injury.

Chargers' Drew Kaser: Wins punter battle
Kaser won the punter battle in Chargers' training camp.
Kaser was competing against Kasey Redfern for the team's punter roster spot. Considering the Chargers spent a sixth-round pick on Kaser it is unsurprising that he won the competition. The Texas A&M product was the first punter taken in this year's draft. He set a school record last year with 26 punts over 50 yards.
