Guy left Sunday's loss to Detroit in the fourth quarter due to a sprained left ankle, the Indianapolis Star reports.
Guy was pushed into playing significant snaps with the Colts suffering several injuries in the secondary. The Colts had six members of the secondary injured late in the game.
