Fifth-round selection S Winston Guy and rookie free agent DB DeShawn Shead were held out of minicamp practice Friday. Guy (shoulder) and Shead (unspecified) have yet to be cleared to participate in offseason workouts. Carroll indicated Guy is a couple weeks away from being cleared.
