Terry secured 20 points (7-10 FG, 4-5 3PT, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one block across 25 minutes of Saturday's 90-85 Summer League win over the Wizards. Terry turned in a stellar performance in his final contest of the summer, pouring in 20 points on 70 percent shooting while turning the ball over just once. The second-year wing has put together a stretch of impressive performances this summer and could take on a considerably larger role in 2023-24 after seeing a total of 214 NBA minutes as a rookie.... Bulls' Dalen Terry: Can't get shot to fall
Terry recorded 17 points (5-21 FG, 3-9 3PT, 4-6 FT), three assists two rebounds and two steals over 30 minutes of Saturday's 87-80 loss to Memphis in Summer League. After going 4-of-14 from the field in his Summer League opener, Terry once again struggled to find the bottom of the net, dropping his field-goal percentage to just 29 through two contests. On the bright side, Terry didn't turn the ball over Saturday despite having the ball in his hands consistently. The 2022 first-round pick will look to carve out a bigger role with the Bulls this season after appearing in 38 games and averaging 5.6 minutes per game in 2022-23.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Scores 10 points Sunday
Terry recorded 10 points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals over 15 minutes during Sunday's 103-81 win over the Pistons. For the second straight game, Terry saw increased run off the bench and provided solid scoring numbers in limited action. He's gone just 6-for-16 from the field over the past two contests, but he's salvaged his inefficient shooting by recording four steals in just 31 minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Extended run in blowout
Terry finished Friday's 124-96 win over Portland with six points (3-4 FG, 0-1 FT), four rebounds and three assists in 18 minutes. Terry played at least 15 minutes for just the second time this season, taking advantage of a game that was well under control early in the second half. Despite showing a few glimpses thus far, Terry's rookie campaign has amounted to very little. At this stage, he would need the Bulls to pack it in before having any chance of playing consistent minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Back to NBA
Chicago recalled Terry from the G League's Windy City Bulls on Monday. Terry is back with the NBA club following a brief stint in the G League, but he's unlikely to see any playing time versus Philadelphia on Monday. The first-round rookie has appeared in just three of Chicago's eight March contests so far, totaling 11 minutes, three points and one assist.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Assigned to Windy City
Terry was assigned to the G League's Windy City Bulls on Sunday. Terry has played sparingly at the NBA level and has averaged just 8.2 minutes per game across 10 appearances with the Bulls. He should see more time -- and a more prominent role -- with Windy City.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Recalled Friday
Terry was recalled from the G League's Windy City Bulls on Friday. Terry will rejoin the parent club after being sent to the G League earlier Friday. However, he hasn't seen much playing time for Chicago recently.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Assigned to G League
Terry was assigned to the G League's Windy City Bulls on Friday. Terry played seven minutes during the parent club's loss to Sacramento on Wednesday but will return to the G League a few days later. He's had an inconsistent role in the NBA but should see more playing time with Windy City.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Will be available Wednesday
Terry (not injury related) will be available for Wednesday's matchup against the Kings. Terry has been elevated from the G League and will suit up Wednesday. If Alex Caruso (illness) is ruled out, Terry could see an increased workload, but the rookie first-round pick has appeared in just three of the Bulls' past seven games and hasn't seen more than two minutes in any of those contests.... Bulls' Dalen Terry: Drops career-high 13 points
Terry had 13 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt), seven rebounds, six assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Thursday's 112-100 loss to Milwaukee. With the Bulls down on troops, Terry stepped into a larger role Thursday, coming through with a career-high 13 points. In fact, this was the first time he has played more than 15 minutes, affording him the opportunity to play meaningful basketball. While this is not a performance to overreact to, managers may want to keep one eye on him moving forward just in case the Bulls opt to lean more on their young guys down the stretch.... See More ... Bulls' Dalen Terry: Rare appearance Saturday
Terry logged one rebound across four minutes during Saturday's 129-121 win over the Trail Blazers. Terry played more than one minute for the first time since late December, highlighting what a struggle it has been for him during his rookie season. In fact, he is yet to play more than 10 minutes in any game this season, with the coaching staff opting to give him an opportunity to work on his cheering skills. Barring a major shift in direction, there is almost no chance Terry becomes a fantasy-relevant player this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Assigned to G League
Terry was assigned to the G League's Windy City Bulls on Friday. Terry was available off the bench for Chicago's matchup against the Hornets on Thursday, but he didn't see any playing time. He should see more run in the G League.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Available off bench Thursday
The Bulls have upgraded Terry to available for Thursday's game against the Hornets. Terry was sent to the G League's Windy City Bulls on Wednesday to get in some practice work, but the rookie first-round pick will rejoin the NBA team ahead of its game Thursday. Though he'll suit up for the contest, Terry is unlikely to see the floor outside of a garbage-time scenario.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Produces double-double Saturday
Terry tallied 19 points (7-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and three blocks in 40 minutes during Saturday's 105-96 loss to the Charge. Terry returned to Windy City on Saturday after getting just 56 seconds of playing time in the previous nine contests for Chicago. Thirteen of his 19 points came in the second quarter as he went 4-for-6 from the field. He's spent the bulk of the season with Chicago, so his stay in the G League may be short.... See More ... Bulls' Dalen Terry: Cleared for action
Terry (knee) is available for Wednesday's matchup against the Nets, K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago reports. Terry was initially listed as questionable due to right knee soreness, but he'll ultimately be available Wednesday. However, the rookie isn't expected to garner a major role, as he's averaging just 3.7 minutes over 14 appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Questionable Wednesday
Terry is questionable for Wednesday's game against Brooklyn due to right knee soreness. Terry hasn't appeared in Chicago's last three games when healthy, but he's added a knee issue to the mix that jeopardizes his availability for Wednesday's matchup. Either way, his status shouldn't impact the Bulls' rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Fouls out Saturday
Terry produced 11 points (3-8 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 31 minutes in Saturday's 129-118 win over Grand Rapids. Terry scored nine of his 11 points in the third quarter, making all three of his three-point attempts. He picked up all six fouls after halftime and fouled out with 4:37 remaining in the final period. He's averaging 3.6 personals per game and has been limited by foul trouble at times this year.... Bulls' Dalen Terry: Back in G League
Terry was assigned to the G League's Windy City Bulls on Thursday. Terry spent the last week and a half with Chicago but appeared in just one game and played four minutes during his stint with the parent club. He should see more playing time in the G League.... See More ... See Less -
Bulls' Dalen Terry: Returns from G League
The Bulls recalled Terry from the G League's Windy City Bulls on Sunday. Terry looks like he'll join the Bulls for their four-city Western Conference road trip that kicks off Monday in Utah. The rookie first-round pick most recently played for Windy City on Saturday, finishing with 13 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals over 29 minutes in a 119-99 win over the Cleveland Charge....
