Hague (lower body) won't play in Game 7 against Dallas on Sunday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. Hague hasn't played since suffering the injury late in Game 1. The 25-year-old blueliner went scoreless in his final 20 regular-season contests this year -- he finished with two goals and 12 over 73 outings. Alec Martinez and Zach Whitecloud should round out Vegas' defensive corps while Hague is sidelined.... See More ... See Less

Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Still not skating
Hague (lower body) isn't expected to play Monday in Game 4 versus Dallas, according to Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Hague, who hasn't resumed skating yet, is poised to miss his third straight contest. He supplied four goals, 17 points, 72 shots on net and 165 blocked shots in 55 appearances during the regular season. Alec Martinez will probably remain in the lineup for Game 4 due to Hague's absence.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Unavailable for Saturday
Hague (lower body) will miss Game 3 against Dallas on Saturday, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. Hague had two goals, 12 points, 43 PIM, 154 hits and 111 blocks in 73 regular-season appearances in 2023-24. He also missed Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Stars due to the injury. Alec Martinez is likely to remain in the lineup for Game 3 due to Hague's continued absence.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Out with lower-body issue
Hague will not be available against the Stars for Game 2 on Wednesday due to a lower-body injury. Hague was officially classified as day-to-day, so he could still be an option for Game 3 back in Dallas on Saturday. Given the blueliner's 20-game pointless streak, few fantasy players figure to be concerned about the blueliner's status. In his absence, Alec Martinez will return to action after sitting out the previous contest as a healthy scratch.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Sustains undisclosed injury
Hague -- who missed the last eight minutes of Game 1 versus the Stars on Monday -- will be reevaluated prior to Game 2 on Wednesday, Jesse Granger of The Athletic reports. While Hague's potential absence is unlikely to impact the Golden Knights' offensive game after going pointless in his past 20 outings, he does add a level of physicality with 60 hits over that stretch. If Hague can't play Wednesday, coach Bruce Cassidy will have the choice between Alec Martinez or Ben Hutton for the third pairing.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Lights lamp Thursday
Hague scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Coyotes. Hague tallied just 1:17 into the contest, earning his fourth point over the last nine games. It was his second goal of the campaign -- his only other marker this season came in a two-point effort versus the Sharks on Oct. 12. Hague has 11 points, 67 shots on net, 52 hits, 70 blocked shots, 32 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 44 appearances. He remains in a third-pairing role, so most fantasy managers should be able to find more productive depth options on the waiver wire.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Hands out assist in win
Hague logged an assist and three hits in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Rangers. Hague has a helper in each of the last two contests after going 10 games without a point. The third-pairing defenseman is at nine points, 58 shots on net, 61 blocked shots, 46 hits, 32 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 37 appearances. He likely won't score enough to be helpful in most fantasy formats.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Nabs helper
Hague posted an assist and two shots on goal in Monday's 4-1 win over the Predators. Hague snapped a 10-game point drought when he assisted on Mark Stone's first-period marker. The 25-year-old Hague plays as a mostly physical presence in a bottom-four role. He has eight points, 58 shots on net, 60 blocked shots, 43 hits, 32 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 36 contests this season. The physicality could be a boost in deep fantasy formats.... See More ... Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Assists in consecutive outings
Hague produced an assist in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Hurricanes. Hague has helpers in consecutive games and four assists over his last 10 outings. The 25-year-old blueliner continues to see bottom-four usage with no power-play time, but playing with the Golden Knights has helped him put up respectable offense. For the year, he's at seven points, 35 shots on net, 27 hits, 40 blocked shots, 26 PIM and a plus-4 rating over 25 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Pockets assist in win
Hague logged an assist and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Blues. Hague has picked up two helpers over his last four games. He returned from a lower-body injury Nov. 19 against Pittsburgh and logged five scoreless outings before getting on the scoresheet Wednesday. The defenseman remains in a bottom-four role where he's picked up five points, 22 shots on net, 22 PIM, 21 hits, 30 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 19 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Deals helper in win
Hague picked up an assist and five shots on goal in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Canucks. Hague had gone 12 games without a point, and he missed eight contests in that span with a lower-body injury. With other blueliners currently out for the Golden Knights, Hague will have a chance to pick up extra minutes in the near term, though he was listed on the third pairing Thursday. Hague is at four points, 17 shots on net, 18 hits, 22 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a minus-2 rating through 16 appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Not playing Tuesday
Hague (lower body) isn't expected to play in Tuesday's contest versus the Capitals, per Ben Gotz of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Hague will miss his sixth consecutive contest, though he hasn't been ruled out for Thursday's game in Montreal. He has picked up one goal, two assists, eight shots on net, 14 blocked shots and 10 hits in 10 appearances this season. With Hague unavailable, Ben Hutton has been filling in on the blue line for Vegas.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Skating away from team
Hague (lower body) has yet to rejoin the rest of the team at practice and has been limited to individual skating, Ben Gotz of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. Hague played in 81 games last season but has been limited to just 10 contests to open the 2023-24 season due to his lower-body injury. Prior to his absence, the defenseman was mired in a seven-game pointless streak, which shouldn't come as a huge surprise considering he has never reached the 20-point threshold in his five-year NHL career.... Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Remains out
Hague (lower body) is not in the lineup Wednesday versus the Kings, Ben Gotz of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. Hague was ruled out for the Golden Knights' first three games of November after sustaining the injury. He's not ready to return yet, and he can be considered out indefinitely until he returns to practice.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Bulges twine Tuesday
Hague scored a goal, doled out five hits and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 9-3 win over the Panthers in Game 5. Hague's first-period tally put the Golden Knights ahead 2-0. He recorded three points over his last two games, matching his total from the previous 20 contests. The 24-year-old remains a fixture on the Golden Knights' third pairing, adding a physical element to the defense with 38 hits, 31 blocked shots and 37 PIM over 22 playoff outings.... See More ... Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Scores game-winning goal
Hague netted a goal in Vegas' 4-3 win over Edmonton in Game 5 on Friday. Hague found the back of the net late in the second period to extend Vegas' lead to 4-2. It was his first goal and second point in 10 playoff appearances this year. It was also the 24-year-old defenseman's first career postseason game-winner.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Hands out assist
Hague notched an assist and went plus-2 in Monday's 5-1 win over the Oilers in Game 3. Hague had gone eight games without a point prior to Monday. While the 24-year-old has little offense in the playoffs, he's picked up 26 PIM, 21 hits and 11 blocked shots through eight appearances. He's a fixture on the Golden Knights' third pairing.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Ripples twine
Hague scored a goal on two shots, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Sharks. Hague got the Golden Knights on the board at 16:55 of the first period. The 24-year-old defenseman ended March with four points in 15 games, which is his most productive month of the season. He's up to three goals, 16 points, 94 shots on net, 107 hits, 123 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 74 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Registers assist Tuesday
Hague notched an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Canucks. Hague helped out on a Teddy Blueger tally in the second period. The 24-year-old Hague has a modest three assists with a plus-2 rating, 21 hits and 14 blocked shots through 11 outings in March. He's been a fixture on the third pairing this season with 15 points, 90 shots on net, 115 blocks, 104 hits, 34 PIM and a plus-2 rating through 70 games.... See More ... See Less -
Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Garners helper in win
Hague recorded an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Blues. Hague has managed two assists over his last five games, but his offense remains limited in a third-pairing role. The 24-year-old defenseman at least has a steady place in the lineup. He's at two goals, 14 points (matching his total from last season), 83 shots on net, 109 blocked shots, 101 hits and a plus-1 rating through 66 contests this season.... See More ... See Less
