Ike Anigbogu: Out for remainder of season
Anigbogu (knee) will miss the remainder of the 2021-22 season, per the G League transactions page.
Per G League writer Kevin Danna, Anigbogu appeared to have suffered a knee injury against Sant Cruz on Feb. 24, and it appears to be a serious one. He will miss the remainder of the campaign as a result and will now look toward returning in 2022-23.

Ike Anigbogu: Efficient effort off bench
Anigbogu delivered 13 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, two blocks and an assist across 19 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's win over the Hustle.
Anigbogu had another strong performance off the bench, and he has scored in double digits in two of his last four contests. He has proven he can score at this level, but the lack of consistency has been an issue so far. He's averaging just 6.8 points per game on the season.

Ike Anigbogu: Fouls out Saturday
Anigbogu recorded four points (1-1 FG, 1-1 FT), five rebounds and four blocks across 15 minutes before fouling out in Saturday's win over the Vipers.
Anigbogu did what he's done all season long, which is to score at a low rate but provide excellent defense and rim protection, but unfortunately, this outing was cut short when he recorded his sixth foul. He hasn't done much across the season, so he shouldn't be a factor most nights for the Squadron.

Ike Anigbogu: Added by Birmingham
Anigbogu has signed a G League contract and has been acquired by Birmingham, per the G League transactions page.
Anigbogulast played in the G League back in 2019-20 with Erie but has returned to the ranks. He is set to join the Squadran's rotation moving forward, though it's unclear how involved he will be.

Anigbogu will be released from his G League deal as a result, which opened the door for the BayHawks to acquire Eric Stuteville. Anigbogu will turn his sights toward getting healthy for next season.

Pelicans' Ike Anigbogu: Signs with Pels
Anigbogu signed with the Pelicans on Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
A second-round pick of the Pacers in 2017, Anigbogu never found a role in Indiana, but the UCLA product will try his luck in New Orleans. The Pelicans don't have a role readily available, so it's likely Anigbogu could spend much of the year in the G League.

Anigbogu had nine points (4-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block over 16 minutes in Saturday's G League loss to Maine.
Thursday marked Anigbogu's third appearance with the BayHawks, but he's managed to be productive in his opportunities so far. The 21-year-old is averaging 8.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game with Erie.

Anigbogu was effective in his first appearance for the BayHawks on Saturday, but he also managed to pick up five fouls over his nine minutes on the court. However, the 21-year-old's performance gives him something to build on and could lead to slightly increased chances within Erie's system.

The Bayhawks claimed Anigbogu off waivers Thursday.
Anigbogu spent most of last season playing for Fort Wayne, averaging 11.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and two blocks over 27 minutes per contest. Given his recent track record of spending time in the NBA, there's a decent chance he will secure a sizable role with the team out of the gates.

Ike Anigbogu: Waived by Indiana
Anigbogu was waived by the Pacers on Thursday, Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reports.
The Pacers traded the Rockets for Nik Stauskas and Wade Baldwin on Thursday, and while the team is waiving both players, they still had to clear a spot on the roster to officially acquire them before doing so. Anigbogu has mainly been a fixture in the G League this year, and he will likely return to Fort Wayne to play with the Mad Ants once he clears waivers.

Pacers' Ike Anigbogu: Suits up Friday, sits Saturday
Anigbogu (knee) returned to action Friday in the G League Fort Wayne Mad Ants' 123-105 loss to the Grand Rapids Drive. He sat out the second half of the back-to-back sat Saturday in the Mad Ants' 107-92 loss to the Lakeland Magic.
It's unclear if Anigbogu was sidelined Saturday just as a precaution coming off the injury or if it was a result of a setback suffered in Friday's contest. The second-year center is averaging just shy of a double-double across 17 appearances this season for Fort Wayne with 11.2 points (on 46.4 percent shooting from the field) and 9.9 boards per game.

Anigbogu tallied 13 points ( 5-13 FG, 3-4 FT), 18 rebounds, one assist and one block in the 122-108 win over Stockton on Monday.
Anigbogu completed dominated the glass in his return to the G League, combining with power forward Alize Johnson to record 32 rebounds. A two-way player, Anigbogu has only played 15 games with the team this season, but he's been a force when on the court, totaling 11.7 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in those contests.

It's unknown how serious his injury is, but for the time being, Anigbogu will be sidelined with right knee soreness. It shouldn't affect the Pacers much, if at all Sunday however, as the UCLA product is only averaging 2.0 minutes across three appearances this year.

Anigbogu registered 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-7 FT), 15 rebounds and four blocks in the win Monday over the Drive.
The two-way player saw a whopping 40 minutes Monday, but that wasn't even good enough to lead the team as Stephan Hicks finished with 42. The 20-year-old center has played sparingly with the Pacers, but through eight games with the Mad Ants is averaging 13.1 points, 10.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocked shots.
