Heslop (lower leg) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and shifted back to injured reserve Wednesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Heslop (lower leg) was shifted to the reserve/COVID-19 list from IR on Tuesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports, which was a result of testing positive for the virus, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Heslop broke his tibia and fibula in Sunday's win over the Texans and underwent surgery Monday. Heslop (lower leg) underwent successful surgery Monday, according to head coach Pete Carroll, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports.
Heslop suffered the injury in the Seahawks' win over the Texans on Sunday. He stayed in Houston overnight and was to be evaluated Monday, which ultimately led to him undergoing surgery. Coach Pete Carroll said Heslop suffered a knee injury during Sunday's win over the Texans that may require surgery, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Heslop recorded his first tackle of the season during the Week 14 win, but he suffered what appears to be a significant injury.
