Palczewski was placed on the Broncos' IR on Aug. 31 after he sustained a hand injury during training camp. Now that he's activated, he has a chance to make his 2023 debut Sunday against the Raiders.

The Broncos designated Palczewski to return from IR on Wednesday. He was able to log back-to-back full practice sessions to end the week but will have to wait at least another week to return to the field.

Palczewski left the Broncos' preseason finale against the Rams on Saturday with a hand injury. He managed to survive cutdown day to make Denver's 53-man roster but will now be required to sit out for the first four games of the season.
