Jennings (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports. Jennings logged seven tackles (two solo) during the Patriots loss to the Cardinals Sunday. Jennings recorded seven or more tackles in a game for the fourth time this season across 13 games played. Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Questionable for Sunday
Jennings (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Dolphins. Jennings practiced in a limited capacity throughout the week after likely picking up a knee injury in the Patriots' Week 11 loss to the Rams. The 27-year-old has posted 50 total tackles through 10 appearances this season, but if he's unable to suit up in Week 12, Titus Leo could see additional work in New England's linebacker corps.... Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Opens week with limited work
Jennings (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports. The 27-year-old linebacker from Alabama appears to have picked up a knee injury in the Week 11 loss to the Rams, despite playing 100 percent of New England's defensive snaps and recording two total tackles. Jennings' participation Thursday and Friday will likely offer the best indication of whether he can suit up in Week 12, when the Patriots travel to Miami.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Posts two sacks in win
Jennings recorded four solo tackles, including 2.0 sacks, in Sunday's 19-3 win over the Bears. Jennings was one of seven Patriots defenders to sack Bears rookie QB Caleb Williams. The 2020 third-round pick now has a career-high 2.5 sacks through nine games, but as a linebacker with 5.3 tackles per game, he has a low floor for fantasy purposes.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Good to go vs. Gang Green
Jennings (shoulder/knee) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Jets. Jennings was limited to start the week due to shoulder and knee injuries, which he has played through for much of the season. He won't be 100 percent healthy, but the 2020 third-round pick will nonetheless suit up for Sunday's AFC East clash. Jennings has accrued 20 tackles (12 solo), including 0.5 sacks, over his last three regular-season games.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Limited in Thursday's practice
Jennings (shoulder) was listed as a limited practice participant on the Patriots' injury report Thursday, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports. Jennings has been playing through a shoulder injury since Week 5 against the Dolphins. He opened up the week as a DNP on Wednesday, but his ability to see the field Thursday indicates he's trending towards being available for Sunday's game against the Jets. Jennings has registered 34 tackles (20 solo), including 0.5 sacks, across six regular-season games.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Still hampered by injury
Jennings (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday. Jennings has been dealing with the shoulder injury for several weeks now and has been playing through it, aside from missing Week 4 against the 49ers. Assuming he did not aggravate the injury Sunday against the Jaguars, it's likely the Alabama product will be available Week 9 against the Jets.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Busy as tackler again Sunday
Jennings recorded seven tackles (six solo) during Sunday's 32-16 loss against the Jaguars. Jennings has now tallied at least five tackles in each of his last five games, an impressive feat for a linebacker who lines up on the ball as often as he does. He's on the fringe of the IDP radar going into a Week 8 tilt versus the Jets.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Suiting up
Jennings (shoulder) is active Sunday against the Dolphins. Jennings will return after missing last Sunday's loss to the 49ers. His ability to play should be a boon for the Patriots' linebacker corps in Week 5.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Not suiting up
Jennings (shoulder) is inactive Sunday against the 49ers. Jennings was previously dealing with a knee injury but had managed to play through it. Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Cleared to play
Jennings (knee) was absent from the Patriots' injury report Wednesday. Jennings was listed as a limited participant Monday as he continues to work through a knee injury that also had him limited through Week 2 prep. However, he was ultimately able to play against Seattle. The Alabama product underwent a similar trajectory this week, as his removal from the report suggests he should be a full go for Thursday's game against the Jets.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Limited at practice
Jennings (knee) was a limited participant at the Patriots' practice Wednesday. Jennings recorded a solo tackle in the team's 16-10 win over the Bengals in Week 1, but he appears to have left the contest a little worse for wear. The linebacker will have two more chances to log a full practice before Sunday's matchup with the Seahawks at home.... See More ... See Less -
Patriots' Anfernee Jennings: Gets after QB in Week 12 defeat
Jennings posted four tackles (two solo), including 1.5 sacks, in Sunday's loss to the Giants. Jennings came into the contest without any sacks this season, but he took advantage of a porous New York offensive line to record a full sack in the third quarter and a half-sack in the fourth. The 26-year-old has seen an increased role in his third NFL campaign, and he's already set career-high marks with 394 defensive snaps and 39 total tackles through nine contests.... See More ...
