Patriots' Corliss Waitman: Signs with New England
The Patriots signed Waitman on Thursday, Mike Reiss of ESPN reports.
Waitman will leave Denver and return to New England where he spent time on the practice squad in 2021. With Jake Bailey having been released earlier in the offseason, the 27-year-old is currently the only punter on the Patriots' roster, though Reiss notes that the team could consider adding depth at the position via next month's draft.
