Browns' Jordan Hicks: Cleared for Sunday
Hicks (calf) logged a full practice Friday and holds no injury designation ahead of Cleveland's Week 1 game against Dallas, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Hicks was able to participate in his first full practice Friday and now is good to go as the Browns kick off the season against Dallas. The veteran linebacker signed with Cleveland in March after logging 107 tackles (61 solo), 1.0 sacks and one interception in the 2023 campaign.

Hicks (calf) was limited during practice Wednesday.
Hicks' injury popped up Aug. 12, when he was reportedly looking at a week-to-week recovery timeline. Considering the time he has missed, he may have to ramp up his activity level Thursday or Friday to have a chance to take the field Sunday against the Cowboys.

Hicks is likely to miss all three of the Browns' exhibition contests, but he still has a chance of being ready to suit up for Week 1 of the regular season. The veteran linebacker signed a two-year contract with Cleveland in March and will look to extend his five-year streak of recording 100-plus tackles in 2024.

Browns' Jordan Hicks: Dealing with undisclosed injury
Hicks (undisclosed) is considered to be "week-to-week" according to head coach Kevin Stefanski, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Hicks was absent from Saturday's 23-10 preseason loss to the Packers as a result of an undisclosed injury. The 32-year-old is locked into a starting role at middle linebacker with Cleveland in 2024 and there is no reason for the team to rush him back out onto the field in the preseason.

Browns' Jordan Hicks: Set to sign with Cleveland
Hicks and the Browns have agreed to terms on a two-year, $8 million contract, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The nine-year veteran has recorded more than 100 tackles in five straight seasons. Last year with the Vikings, Hicks finished with 107 tackles, five passes defensed, two fumble recoveries, an interception and a forced fumble.
