Raiders continue to add, cut players before mandatory minicamp

The Raiders were busy on Thursday as they continued to alter their roster before the start of manadatory minicamp, Adam Caplan of ESPN.com reports.

The team cut tight end Scott Simonson and linebackers Jacoby Hale and Miles Burris.

Oakland added wide receiver Kris Durham and linebacker Chase Williams.
