Raiders' Alexander Mattison: Set to join Las Vegas backfield
Mattison is in line to sign with the Raiders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
In 16 games for the Vikings during the 2023 regular season, Mattison had 180 carries for 700 yards and caught 30 of his 44 targets for 192 yards and three receiving TDs. With the Raiders, Mattison -- who turns 26 in June -- is slated to provide the team with needed backfield depth and a complementary option alongside 2022 fourth-rounder Zamir White following the free-agent departure of Josh Jacobs. Assuming White serves as Las Vegas' top RB option, Mattison's weekly upside will be modest, but if White is injured or struggles at all as the 2024 season progresses, Mattison could reenter the fantasy lineup equation.

Raiders' John Jenkins: Sticking in Las Vegas
Jenkins re-signed with the Raiders on Sunday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Jenkins logged career highs in both tackles (61) and passes defended (four) during his first season with the Raiders last year. The 359-pound defensive tackle spent three of the previous four seasons with the Dolphins, and he was reportedly hosted for a visit by the team last week, per Jackson. However, Jenkins ultimately will head back to the Raiders on a one-year deal worth $3.25 million, according to Amber Wilson of ESPN. Jenkins has played for seven different teams during his 12-year career, and he will enter his age-35 season in 2024.

Raiders' Adam Butler: Brought back by Las Vegas
The Raiders re-signed Butler on a one-year deal Saturday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
The 29-year-old will now remain in Las Vegas after spending last season with the Raiders. Butler appeared in all 17 of the Raiders' games last season, primarily serving as a rotational defensive lineman. He racked up 28 total tackles, including 5.0 sacks, while also defending four passes and forcing one fumble. Butler is expected to compete for a similar role on Las Vegas' defense once again this offseason.
