Bears sign pair of rookies

The Bears continued their tradition of being the first team to sign their rookies, agreeing to four-year deals with quarterback David Fales and safety Brock Vereen .

While Fales is destined to be a backup this year, Vereen will battle for playing time in training camp this summer. Both should make the final roster.
