Nwora provided 18 points (7-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes during Sunday's 111-96 loss to the Magic. Nwora has found a way to make an impact for the Raptors with his scoring ability despite coming off the bench. He's scored in double digits in four of his last five appearances despite not logging more than 25 minutes in any of those contests. While he can be a serviceable streaming option in most formats, the inconsistency of his role, and his own inconsistencies as a scorer, limit his overall upside.... See More ... See Less

Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Scores 14 off bench vs. Magic
Nwora had 14 points (5-8 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one block and two steals across 16 minutes during Friday's 113-103 loss to the Magic. Nwora continues to see more playing time off the bench in March with injuries to Scottie Barnes (hand) and Chris Boucher (knee). Nwora has scored in double digits in three of his last four games and is shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 41.2 percent from three on 4.3 3PA/G over that span. Nwora should see extended minutes in the immediate future with RJ Barrett away from the team due to personal reasons.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Struggles in extended playing time
Nwora accumulated nine points (4-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and one block in 20 minutes during Tuesday's 139-98 loss to the Pelicans. Nwora's 20 minutes of game time Tuesday was due to both the blowout loss and starter Ochai Agbaji leaving the game due to left knee soreness. Nwora's 15 shot attempts were his most since Jan. 28, and the 2022 first-round pick could be given an extended look off the bench if Agbaji were to miss additional time.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Back to bench
Nwora won't start Monday's game against the Pacers. With RJ Barrett (knee) resting, Nwora drew a spot start against the Hawks on Friday and was held scoreless across 14 minutes. Barrett is back in action, so Nwora will likely be pushed to the back of the rotation again.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Starting against Hawks
Nwora will start Friday's game against the Hawks, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports. RJ Barrett is getting the night off to rest his knee, and with Nwora getting the nod with the starters, the Raptors are able to keep their new second unit intact. Nwora has played well in limited minutes for Toronto, posting averages of 6.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.8 three-pointers in 11.6 minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Season best outing off bench
Nwora registered 24 points (7-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-8 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Sunday's 126-125 loss to the Hawks. Nwora put forth his best performance of the season off the bench, tallying team-high-tying marks in scoring and rebounds while dishing out a half-dozen assists. Nwora set season high marks in scoring, rebounds and assists, now having scored 19 or more points in two games while recording five or more rebounds in three outings.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Officially cleared to play
Nwora (trade pending) is available for Thursday's game against Chicago, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Nwora wasn't on the injury report for Thursday's matchup, and he's officially been given the green light to make his team debut a day after being traded from the Pacers to the Raptors. He'll attempt to compete for minutes on the wing.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Left off injury report
Nwora (trade pending) isn't on the injury report for Thursday's game against Chicago. Nwora was traded from the Pacers to the Raptors on Wednesday, and he appears set to make his team debut a day later. He'll attempt to compete for minutes with RJ Barrett and Gradey Dick.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Jordan Nwora: Headed to Toronto
The Pacers are finalizing a deal to trade Nwora, Bruce Brown and three first-round picks to the Raptors in exchange for Pascal Siakam, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Kira Lewis will also be sent from New Orleans to Toronto as part of the trade package. Nwora will likely compete for rotation minutes at both forward spots in Toronto, with Siakam headed to Indiana. Nwora averaged 5.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 10.2 minutes across his 18 appearances for the Pacers in 2023-24. The 25-year-old forward is a career 38.1 percent three-point shooter, so his spacing ability could help him find increased minutes for the Raptors, who've struggled in that department without Fred VanVleet.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Back in rotation Wednesday
Nwora contributed nine points (4-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and five rebounds across 17 minutes during Wednesday's 112-104 win over the Wizards. Nwora played at least 15 minutes for just the fourth time this season, scoring nine points on 57 percent shooting. It's been a quiet campaign to this point, with Nwora spending more time cheering on his teammates than contributing on the court. Based on what we have seen over the first two months, there is no reason to consider adding him, even in deeper formats.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Season-best showing as top scorer
Nwora totaled 19 points (8-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two steals in 23 minutes during Sunday's 128-116 loss to Orlando. Nwora led all Pacers in scoring and threes made while providing a spark off the bench in his best offensive outing of the season. Nwora surpassed the double-digit scoring mark for the first time in four contests while also recording season-high marks in rebounds and steals against the Magic.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Sees extended minutes in blowout
Nwora produced five points (2-8 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound and three assists in 21 minutes during Wednesday's 155-104 loss to the Celtics. Nwora saw extended playing time during Wednesday's matchup, partially because of the blowout nature of the game, and partially because Tyrese Haliburton (ankle) and Jalen Smith (knee) were sidelined. However, Nwora was inefficient from inside and beyond the arc while also recording three turnovers. Nwora seems unlikely to be a regular part of Indiana's rotation going forward.... See More ... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Drops 19 in Sunday's win
Nwora recorded 19 points (7-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds and one block across 23 minutes during Sunday's 141-136 win over the Knicks. Making his seventh straight start to close out the campaign, Nwora continued to provide an offensive spark for the Pacers. Whether coming off the bench or in the starting five, the 24-year-old scored in double digits in 19 of the last 21 games and averaged 14.3 points a night over that stretch. Nwora has taken a few years to find his footing in the NBA, but he could take on a bigger role with Indiana next season.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Posts double-double in loss
Nwora finished with 15 points (4-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds and three assists in 36 minutes during Sunday's 115-105 loss to the Cavaliers. Nwora grabbed a season-high 10 boards and notched his first double-double of the year. Over his past five appearances, the third-year forward has averaged 18.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists with 47/38/80 shooting splits.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Matches season-high six dimes
Nwora finished with 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-6 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists and one block in 30 minutes during Friday's 121-117 win over the Thunder. Nwora continues to be a pleasant surprise for the Pacers, and he tied his season-high six assists in Friday's upset victory. He should continue to have a significant role with four games left in the Pacers' season. He's reached double figures in each of the past four games, averaging 19.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists during this stretch.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Flirts with double-double in start
Nwora racked up 13 points (5-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes during Monday's 127-104 loss to the Mavericks. With Buddy Hield (illness) out, Nwora entered the starting lineup after coming off the bench during the previous four contests. Nwora finished as one of four starters with a double-digit point total, falling one board shy of a double-double. Nwora has posted at least 10 points and five rebounds on 10 occasions this season, including in his last two contests.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Starting Monday
Nwora is starting Monday against the Mavericks, Scott Agness of FieldhouseFiles.com reports. Nwora came off the bench in his last four appearances and averaged 13.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 22.8 minutes per game. However, he dropped 33 points during Saturday's loss to Atlanta and will serve as a starter Monday since Buddy Hield (illness) is unavailable.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Explodes for 33 points in loss
Nwora amassed 33 points (12-17 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one block across 34 minutes during Saturday's 143-130 loss to the Hawks. Nwora tallied 25 of his team-high 33 points in the second quarter, setting a franchise record for points in a quarter during the regular season. A known sharpshooter, Nwora was on another level here, rewarding anyone who took a chance on him. Based on what we have seen over the past week or so, Nwora should be viewed as a points streamer given the fluctuation in his playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Back to bench
Nwora isn't starting Monday's game against the Hornets. Nwora had drawn back-to-back starts with numerous players sidelined, but he'll return to a reserve role in favor of Bennedict Mathurin, who's returning from a four-game absence due to an ankle injury. Either way, with Tyrese Haliburton (knee) and Chris Duarte (ankle) still out, Nwora should still see a solid role off the bench, as he's scored in double figures in 10 straight contests (four starts) and is averaging 14.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 0.9 steals in 25.0 minutes during that stretch.... Pacers' Jordan Nwora: Another double-digit performance
Nwora ended Thursday's 139-123 victory over Milwaukee with 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 33 minutes. With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) all sidelined, Nwora drew his third start as a Pacer against his former team. The third-year pro made the most of his opportunity by scoring in double figures for a ninth straight game, tying his season high with eight boards and recording at least one steal and one block in the same game for the fifth time this campaign. Over his last nine appearances, Nwora is averaging 14.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.6 minutes with 54/42/61 shooting splits.... See More ... See Less
