Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Two more hits Thursday
Perdomo went 2-for-3 with a double in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers.
Nothing has been able to slow down Perdomo, whether he's hitting at the top of the order in place of an injured Ketel Marte or back down in his familiar ninth spot. Since Marte's return, Perdomo is batting .375 (9-for-24) with a .964 OPS from the bottom of the order. While filling in for Marte, he had a 1.101 OPS from the leadoff spot and an .836 OPS when hitting second. Perdomo has generated more barrels and harder contact in 2025 while getting the ball in the air more often than he had in previous seasons.

Diamondbacks' Geraldo Perdomo: Fuels offense in extra-inning win
Perdomo went 4-for-5 with two steals, two doubles, three RBI, two runs scored and a walk in Sunday's 11-9 extra-inning victory at Philadelphia.
The Arizona shortstop shined brightly in this performance, notching his first career four-hit game. This game also marked the fifth time Perdomo has swiped two bags in a contest in his five-year career. The 25-year-old continues his stellar start, as he's now slashing .292/.400/.475 with five homers, nine steals, 29 RBI and 18 runs scored across 152 plate appearances.

Perdomo will start at shortstop and bat ninth in Friday's game against the Phillies.
Perdomo batted either first or second in all of his starts since April 5 after Ketel Marte (hamstring) went on the injured list, but with Marte back and batting leadoff Friday, Perdomo has returned to the bottom of the order. The switch hitter is batting .275/.387/.459 with five homers and seven stolen bases this season.

Perdomo made an impact for a second straight day in New York, belting his fifth home run of the season in the fifth inning. Perdomo began the game on the bench, but he ended up making a big impact on the outcome anyway. The switch-hitting shortstop entered as a pinch hitter in the seventh inning and gave Arizona its first lead with a two-run single. Perdomo then tacked on another run with a sacrifice fly in the ninth. He's already at 24 RBI through 30 contests on the campaign, putting him more than halfway to his career-high mark of 47 RBI established over 144 regular-season games in 2023.

Perdomo has delivered for the Diamondbacks this spring after signing a four-year contract extension. He's gone 8-for-24 (.333) with four walks, building off improving on-base skills the last two seasons following a rude introduction to major league pitching during his rookie 2022 season. Sunday's two thefts were his first of the Cactus League. While his overall fantasy profile doesn't grab one's attention, Perdomo does provide some value in steals; he swiped 16 bags in 2023 (144 games) and nine in an injury-shortened 2024 (98 games).
