Douglas (knee) was placed on injured reserve Sunday, Jim Wyatt of TitansOnline.com reports.
Douglas was placed on IR to make room for the signing of Eric Weems, who was originally among the team's final roster cuts. Because of the timing of the move, the Titans will have the opportunity to recall Douglas from IR and back onto the active roster this season if the wideout becomes healthy enough to return.
