Smith signed with the Raiders on Monday, Eddie Paskal of the Raiders' official site reports.
Smith was released by the Cardinals in late September. He appeared in three games with Arizona, totaling just one tackle. The Raiders are desperate for pass-rushing help, and they hope Smith -- who complied 13.5 sacks during his first two years in the league -- will aid their need.
