The first free agent you need to add this week if he's available is Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery. He is already owned in 81 percent of leagues on CBSSports.com, but he has the talent to be a difference maker the rest of the season.

The Drop List for Week 6
Below are 12 players who are owned in at least 30 percent of leagues on CBSSports.com that owners can consider dropping.
Player Own %
1. Jared Cook, TE, Rams 100
2. Eli Manning, QB, Giants 94
3. Eddie Royal, WR, Chargers 94
4. Ahmad Bradshaw, RB, Colts 76
5. Rashad Jennings, RB, Raiders 75
6. Chris Givens, WR, Rams 72
7. Brandon Myers, TE, Giants 65
8. Sidney Rice, WR, Seahawks 56
9. Marlon Brown, WR, Ravens 51
10. Donnie Avery, WR, Chiefs 51
11. Ryan Broyles, WR, Lions 45
12. Johnathan Franklin, RB, Packers 40

Jeffery had 10 catches for 218 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against New Orleans on 13 targets, and it was his second game in a row with at least 20 Fantasy points. He's been building toward these kinds of performances since he has at least eight targets in four of five games this year. Jay Cutler obviously likes Jeffery since he has 45 targets on the year, which are just two less than Brandon Marshall.

Jeffery should be owned in 100 percent of leagues, and he's among the top free agents being viewed this week on CBSSports.com. Some other free agents on that list include Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor (47 percent), Cardinals running back Andre Ellington (46 percent), Rams receiver Austin Pettis (40 percent), Rams running back Zac Stacy (25 percent) and Cowboys receiver Terrance Williams (18 percent).

Our priority list for this week, depending on what you need, is Jeffery, Pryor, Stacy, Williams, Pettis and Ellington. I'd spend about 30 percent of my FAAB money on Jeffery and Pryor, 15 percent on Stacy and 10 percent or less on Williams, Pettis and Ellington.

Editor's note: Must add is for players worth adding in all leagues. Maybe add is for players worth adding in 14-team leagues or larger. Desperation add is for players worth adding only if you're, well, desperate. The ownership percentage listed is how many leagues that player was owned in the previous week for CBSSports.com.

Quarterbacks

Must add: Terrelle Pryor, Raiders (47 percent)
Maybe add: Alex Smith, Chiefs (77 percent), Geno Smith, Jets (17 percent), Josh Freeman, Vikings (14 percent), Brandon Weeden, Browns (11 percent), Nick Foles, Eagles (5 percent)
Desperation add: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Titans (7 percent), Chad Henne, Jaguars (2 percent), Thad Lewis, Bills (0 percent)

Pryor has a difficult matchup in Week 6 at Kansas City, which will be the toughest matchup of his career, but he's still a must add where available, especially if you're without Michael Vick (hamstring) this week or have Matt Ryan on a bye. He has five NFL starts and has at least 20 Fantasy points in four of them. Until he struggles on a consistent basis you can consider him a Top 12 quarterback almost every week going forward. ... I like Alex Smith's matchup in Week 6 against the Raiders, and I would consider starting him this week as well, especially if you need a replacement for Vick or Ryan. Smith has at least 20 Fantasy points in three of five starts, and the Raiders have allowed three of five quarterbacks to score at least 22 points. ... Freeman signed with the Vikings after being released by Tampa Bay. He won't start in Week 6 -- the Vikings will go with Matt Cassel, who is owned in 7 percent of leagues if you're desperate -- but he'll eventually win the job over Christian Ponder and Cassel. In deeper leagues, especially two-quarterback formats, Freeman is worth buying into. The Vikings have decent weapons in Greg Jennings, Jerome Simpson, Kyle Rudolph and Adrian Peterson, and Freeman is just one year removed from passing for 4,000 yards and 27 touchdowns. ... Weeden will be the Browns starter for the rest of the season with Brian Hoyer (ACL) out, and he has the same upside as Hoyer did before he got hurt. Keep in mind the Browns will struggle to run the ball and have two elite weapons in Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron. Look for Weeden to have plenty of games with 40-plus passes, and if he can avoid the turnovers he'll post some quality stats lines going forward. ... Foles is expected to start for Vick in Week 6, and it's a tough matchup at Tampa Bay. You're not going to start Foles in the majority of leagues, but if he does play well and Vick remains out for a few weeks then Foles will have increased Fantasy value. The Eagles have a great schedule coming up with Dallas in Week 7, the Giants in Week 8, at Oakland in Week 9, at Green Bay in Week 10 and Washington in Week 11. Whoever starts for Philadelphia in the majority of those outings will be a quality Fantasy option. ... Geno Smith played great Monday night at the Falcons with 199 passing yards and three touchdowns, but he's still too risky to trust, especially in Week 6 against the Steelers.

Running backs

Must add: Pierre Thomas, Saints (74 percent), Willis McGahee, Browns (73 percent), Andre Ellington, Cardinals (46 percent), Zac Stacy, Rams (25 percent)
Maybe add: Ronnie Hillman, Broncos (52 percent), Brandon Bolden, Patriots (29 percent), Jonathan Stewart, Panthers (25 percent), Brandon Jacobs, Giants (25 percent), Marcel Reece, Raiders (11 percent), Da'Rel Scott, Giants (10 percent), Donald Brown, Colts (7 percent)
Desperation add: Ronnie Brown, Chargers (4 percent), Jackie Battle, Titans (4 percent), Jeremy Stewart, Raiders (0 percent), Anthony Dixon, 49ers (0 percent)

Thomas and McGahee are obviously owned in the majority of leagues, but these are running backs worth stashing if you can because, let's face it, we all need running backs. Thomas showed in Week 5 at Chicago he could still be a viable weapon for the Saints with 20 Fantasy points, and McGahee took advantage of a good matchup against the Bills with 13 points. You don't have to start either running back on a weekly basis, but you never know when they could be needed. ... Stacy made his first start for the Rams against Jacksonville in Week 5, and he ran well with 14 carries for 78 yards. He suffered a rib injury in the fourth quarter, but he is expected to play in Week 6 at Houston. You don't have to start him against the Texans, but he's a good stash candidate since St. Louis needs help at running back. Stacy is easily the best of the bunch right now compared to Daryl Richardson, Isaiah Pead and Benny Cunningham. ... Ellington looks like the best running back in Arizona compared to Rashard Mendenhall when you watch the two on the field, but coach Bruce Arians wants to limit Ellington's snap count to about 30-35 plays. That doesn't mean Ellington can't be successful, it just limits his upside. You can only use Ellington as a flex option at best until he gets more playing time or Mendenhall gets hurt. ... I'd take a flier on Hillman this week if I needed a running back because if the Broncos have a big lead against the Jaguars he could get garbage time production. Montee Ball (64 percent) could also be worth a look this week. ... Stevan Ridley is expected back this week for the Patriots, but if he's out then look for LeGarrette Blount (77 percent) and Bolden to share playing time again. I would add Bolden in PPR leagues even if Ridley is active. He will remain the passing downs back for New England until Shane Vereen (wrist) returns, and Bolden has at least five catches in two of his past three games. ... Now is the time to speculate on Jonathan Stewart (ankle) if you have an open roster spot. He could return for Week 7 against St. Louis, and if he can stay healthy -- that's a big if -- then he could be a difference maker for Fantasy owners. ... David Wilson (neck) could be out for Week 6 at Chicago after he got hurt Sunday against the Eagles, and the Bears game is Thursday night. The Giants brought back Scott, and he and Jacobs would share touches if Wilson doesn't play. We don't recommend starting either, but if you're stuck go with Jacobs in a standard league and Scott in PPR. ... Reece could start for the Raiders in Week 6 at Kansas City with Darren McFadden (hamstring) and Rashad Jennings (hamstring) banged up. He would be a flex option, especially in PPR leagues, even in a tough matchup. Jeremy Stewart would also get work, but Reece is the only option to consider for the Raiders. ... Donald Brown should now be considered the handcuff to Trent Richardson for the Colts with Ahmad Bradshaw (neck) potentially undergoing season-ending surgery. In the past two games against Jacksonville and Seattle, Brown has 16 Fantasy points. By comparison, Richardson has 17 points. Now, you're not starting Richardson over Brown, but Brown got a goal-line touchdown ahead of Richardson in Week 5 against the Seahawks, and Richardson is struggling since joining the Colts in Week 3. It's not a bad idea to stash Brown in deeper leagues.

Wide receivers

Streamers for Week 6
Here are some DST units and kickers to consider if you play the matchups each week.
Opponent Own %
Lions DST at CLE 21
Steelers DST at NYJ 30
Jets DST vs. PIT 16
Robbie Gould, K, Bears vs. NYG 64
Mike Nugent, K, Bengals at BUF 17
Billy Cundiff, K, Browns vs. DET 1

Must add: Alshon Jeffery, Bears (81 percent), Austin Pettis, Rams (40 percent), Terrance Williams, Cowboys (18 percent), Keenan Allen, Chargers (9 percent)
Maybe add: Vincent Brown, Chargers (43 percent), Golden Tate, Seahawks (39 percent), Percy Harvin, Seahawks (39 percent), Robert Woods, Bills (39 percent), Jerome Simpson, Vikings (35 percent), Rueben Randle, Giants (33 percent), Michael Crabtree, 49ers (17 percent), Jeremy Kerley, Jets (13 percent), Doug Baldwin, Seahawks (12 percent), Harry Douglas, Falcons (6 percent), Kris Durham, Lions (2 percent)
Desperation add: Rod Streater, Raiders (14 percent), Jermaine Kearse, Seahawks (1 percent), Cole Beasley, Cowboys (0 percent)

Every receiver we have listed as a must add for this week was listed here last week as well, and we hope they continue to perform at a high level. ... Pettis has been the most consistent receiver for the Rams even though Tavon Austin, Chris Givens and Jared Cook got more hype coming into the year. Pettis has scored four touchdowns in his past four games, and Sam Bradford said Pettis is the receiver he trusts the most. ... The only concern with Williams is what his role will be when Miles Austin (hamstring) is healthy, but right now he's playing well. He has 11 catches for 212 yards and a touchdown in his past two games, and he's a future star in Dallas, especially when Austin is gone after this season. ... Allen is emerging as the No. 1 receiver for the Chargers. He has 11 catches for 195 yards and a touchdown in his past two games on 15 targets, and Philip Rivers is throwing the ball well enough that you should buy into his weapons. ... Brown should be included in that conversation, and he had his best game in Week 5 at Oakland with eight catches for 117 yards. He now has 15 catches the past two games with 18 targets over that span. ... It's hard to trust any of the Seahawks receivers because none have been consistent, but Tate would be the best of the bunch over Baldwin if you need one to use this week. Tate has led the Seahawks in targets each of the past three games. ... Like we said with Stewart, now is the time to speculate on Harvin (hip) if you have an open roster spot. He might not return in Week 7 when first eligible, but he would be a solid Fantasy option for any team heading to the playoffs. ... Also coming back in November is Crabtree, and Fantasy owners with an open roster spot can speculate on him now. When healthy, Crabtree would be a must-start Fantasy option, so hopefully he can make a full recovery. ... Woods could be the No. 1 receiver for the Bills if Steve Johnson (back) is out. He has at least eight targets in his past three games with 24 Fantasy points over that span. The downside with Woods is EJ Manuel (knee) is out for a few weeks. ... Simpson could get a nice boost with Freeman joining the Vikings. He has at least 120 receiving yards in two of three games this year. ... Randle had six catches for 96 yards and two touchdowns against Philadelphia, and this is now his second game of the season with double digits in Fantasy points. The problem is he's too inconsistent to trust as the No. 3 receiver for the Giants. Add Randle to your roster, but don't plan on starting him any time soon as long as Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz are healthy. ... Calvin Johnson (knee) will hopefully return for Week 6 at Cleveland, but if he's out the Lions receiver to add is Durham. He had three catches for 30 yards and a touchdown at Green Bay in Week 5 with Johnson out, and he led Detroit's receivers in targets with eight. ... Kerley scored on Monday night against the Falcons, and he could be the best Jets receiver until Santonio Holmes (hamstring) returns. ... With the news of Julio Jones (foot) potentially being out for the season, Douglas is now worth consideration in all leagues. He has never been a consistent contributor, but his value is about to rise significantly if Jones is out and Roddy White (hamstring) is banged up.

Tight end

Must add: Charles Clay, Dolphins (80 percent), Heath Miller, Steelers (63 percent), Garrett Graham, Texans (30 percent)
Maybe add: Brent Celek, Eagles (33 percent), Lance Kendricks, Rams (1 percent), Jeff Cumberland, Jets (1 percent)
Desperation add: Jim Dray, Cardinals (0 percent)

I don't understand how Clay isn't owned in all formats. He's the No. 7 tight end in standard leagues, and he has three games with double digits in Fantasy points in his past four games. He also has at least six targets in every game this season. ... Miller will continue to improve as his knee gets healthy since he's two games into his comeback from last year's ACL injury. He had six catches for 70 yards before the Steelers bye, and he should be a Top 12 tight end the rest of the season. ... Graham's value is about to skyrocket with Owen Daniels (leg) getting hurt in Week 5 at San Francisco. Graham has three touchdowns on the season and with Daniels out 4-6 weeks, he could be a must-start Fantasy option. Graham and Daniels have combined for 39 catches, 393 yards and six touchdowns on 62 targets. ... Celek took advantage of a great matchup against the Giants with three catches for 47 yards and a touchdown. It's his second game of the season with double digits in Fantasy points, and he could be useful again in Week 6 since Tampa Bay has struggled with tight ends this year. Consider him a low-end starting option in deeper leagues. ... Kendricks has now outplayed Cook the past two games with five catches 43 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets compared to seven catches for 71 yards and no touchdowns on 12 targets for Cook. We don't expect that to continue, but Kendricks is worth a look in deeper leagues. ... Cumberland scored for the second week in a row on Monday night at Atlanta and is now the tight end to own for the Jets over Kellen Winslow.
