Patriots' Marcus Martin: Placed on IR

The Patriots placed Martin (undisclosed) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Martin joined the Patriots during the 2020 campaign after David Andrews went down with a calf injury. The veteran has played in 28 career regular-season games, but he now could miss his second full year in his past three seasons unless he works out an injury settlement with the team.
