Bills' Marcus Thigpen: Signed by Bills

The Bills have signed Thigpen.

With Leodis McKelvin having some issues holding on to the ball as a punt returner of late, and Boom Herron and Denarius Moore having been let go by the team, Thigpen will once again join the Bills' return mix in advance of Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
