The Bengals placed Kareem (hamstring) on injured reserve Thursday.
Kareem suffered a hamstring injury during the Bengals' second preseason game and will be forced to miss at least the first four games of the regular season after being placed on IR. The 2020 fifth-round pick has appeared in 23 games since being drafted, totaling 28 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble across 367 defensive snaps.
