Fultz isn't starting Friday's game against the 76ers. Fultz drew starts in his last two appearances and averaged 12.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in 28.0 minutes per game. However, he'll come off the bench Friday since Gary Harris (foot) and Franz Wagner (ankle) have been cleared to return against Philadelphia.... See More ... See Less

Magic's Markelle Fultz: Available for Wednesday
Fultz (knee) will be available for Wednesday's game against the Bucks. Fultz will power through the knee issue, but it's possible he could have his minutes monitored on the second leg of a back-to-back, making him a semi-risky target in daily fantasy leagues.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Iffy for Wednesday
Fultz (knee) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks. Wednesday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, and the Magic tend to be very cautious with Fultz because of his left knee issues. If Fultz is held out Wednesday, players like Anthony Black and Cole Anthony could see an uptick in minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Starting vs. Houston
Fultz will start Tuesday's game against the Rockets, Philip Rossman-Reich of OrlandoMagicDaily.com reports. With Franz Wagner (ankle) sidelined, Fultz will move into the starting unit and operate as the point guard, moving Jalen Suggs and Gary Harris to the wings. Fultz is averaging 9.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game when deployed in a starting role this season.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Improved performance in loss
Fultz provided 15 points (6-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Friday's 124-115 loss to Charlotte. Fultz logged at least 30 minutes for the first time in more than two months, an encouraging sign given his season thus far. While this could very well be a step in the right direction, fantasy managers would need to see him doing this for a prolonged period before adding him in standard formats. At this point, it is simply a wait-and-see situation.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Muted role continues in win
Fultz racked up five points (2-3 FG, 1-1 FT), one rebound and one steal across 15 minutes during Wednesday's 117-108 win over the Pelicans. Fultz managed just 15 minutes in the win, continuing to play as a depth piece in the backcourt. After dealing with a knee injury for much of the season, Fultz has been unable to maintain a steady role. The Magic have outperformed expectations, and given they have been able to do it without Fultz on the floor, there is no reason to think his minutes will increase anytime soon.... See More ... Magic's Markelle Fultz: Good to go against Memphis
Fultz (knee) isn't on the injury report for Saturday's game versus the Clippers. Fultz will return to action Saturday after missing Orlando's previous contest with a left knee injury. Fultz could re-enter the starting lineup against Memphis with Gary Harris (foot) out.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Won't play Friday
Fultz (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Clippers. Fultz will miss the first half of Orlando's back-to-back set due to left knee injury management, and his status for Saturday's matchup against the Grizzlies is unclear. Gary Harris (foot) should reclaim his spot in the starting lineup in Fultz's absence.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Added to injury report
Fultz is questionable for Friday's game against the Clippers due to left knee injury management. Fultz wasn't on Orlando's initial injury report for Friday's matchup, but he continues to deal with a knee issue. The Magic play a back-to-back set Friday against the Clippers and Saturday against Memphis, and the team could choose to rest him in one of those matchups. If Fultz suits up Friday, it wouldn't be surprising to see him take on a bench role since Gary Harris (foot) has been cleared to return.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Does little in start vs. Warriors
Fultz posted four points (2-5 FG), one rebound, one block and one steal in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 101-93 loss to the Warriors. Fultz made his first start since Feb. 13 while Caleb Houstan (ankle) came off the bench Wednesday. Fultz wasn't able to take advantage of the opportunity, however, and he has failed to reach double-digit scoring in each of his last six games. He's averaging 7.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists over 21.4 minutes per game this season.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Will start Wednesday
Fultz will start Wednesday's game against the Warriors, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports. Caleb Houstan (ankle) has been upgraded to available but will operate off the bench, while Fultz will make his first start since Feb. 13. In 15 starts this season, Fultz has averaged 9.7 points, 3.8 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 25.7 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Rough season continues Saturday
Fultz produced four points (2-5 FG), one rebound, two assists and two steals in 19 minutes during Saturday's 109-107 loss to the Kings. Fultz continues to play a limited role off the bench, providing little in terms of tangible production most nights. Saturday was no different, ensuring he remains on the waiver wire in all but the deepest of fantasy leagues.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Cleared for Wednesday
Fultz (knee) has been removed from the injury report in advance of Wednesday's game against Brooklyn. Fultz and Jalen Suggs (thigh) have both been cleared for action Wednesday. Fultz will return from a one-game absence due to his latest knee flare-up. However, he has not exceeded 19 minutes of action in any of his last four appearances, and Orlando will likely cautiously monitor his workload.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Goes through practice
Fultz (knee) participated at Tuesday's practice, Dan Savage of the Magic's official site reports. Jalen Suggs (thigh) also practiced, and there should be more clarity regarding their availability for Wednesday's game versus Brooklyn when the Magic release their injury report Tuesday evening. Fultz has had some tough luck with his left knee, so he could have restrictions if he gets the green light.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Listed as questionable
Fultz is questionable for Sunday's game against Indiana with a left knee strain. Fultz tweaked his left knee during Friday's game after colliding with a player. The left knee is the one that has been giving him problems for a while now, so the Magic may err on the side of caution. The timing isn't ideal for Orlando, as Jalen Suggs (thigh) is also questionable.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Bothered by injury Friday
Fultz was limited to nine minutes in Friday's 98-74 loss to the Knicks due to an unspecified injury, Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel reports. He finished with two points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one rebound. Fultz appeared to hurt his knee when he collided with another player earlier in the contest. Orlando didn't make an official announcement on Fultz's injury, but head coach Jamahl Mosley said the guard will be evaluated when the team leaves New York and heads back to Orlando in advance of Sunday's home game versus the Pacers.... Magic's Markelle Fultz: Good to go Wednesday
Fultz (rest) isn't on the injury report for Wednesday's game versus the Wizards. Fultz will return to action Wednesday after sitting out the first leg of Orlando's back-to-back for rest purposes. With Gary Harris (calf) questionable, Fultz could be in store for increased playing time, though he's been limited to less than 20 minutes in three of his last four appearances.... See More ... Magic's Markelle Fultz: Will not play Tuesday
Fultz (rest) will not play Tuesday against Charlotte. Tuesday's game is the first leg of a back-to-back set, so the Magic will hold Fultz out to err on the side of caution with his left knee soreness. For now, the expectation is that Fultz will play Wednesday against the Wizards, but fantasy managers will need to check back for confirmation.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Season-high 16 points Sunday
Fultz closed Sunday's 113-91 win over Detroit with 16 points (8-8 FG), three rebounds, one assist and one block in 16 minutes off the bench. It was a season high in points for Fultz during an impressive show of efficiency. The 25-year-old guard has come off the bench in four straight games while Jalen Suggs gets some run as the Magic's starting point guard, and it's not yet clear if Fultz will return to the starting five any time soon. He's averaged only 17.8 minutes in those four games since his return from knee maintenance, suggesting Orlando isn't yet ready to give him a full workload.... See More ... See Less -
Magic's Markelle Fultz: Solid output off bench once again
Fultz registered 12 points (6-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and one assist across 25 minutes during Tuesday's 108-81 victory over the Nets. Fultz played only 12 minutes against the Hawks on Sunday in his return from a three-game absence, but he saw extended playing time versus Brooklyn and posted a solid stat line. Ultimately, his conditioning and health will be what determines his usage going forward, but Fultz could have an outside chance of returning to the starting lineup when the Magic take on the Jazz on Thursday....
