Flyers' Olle Lycksell: Re-signs with Philadelphia
Lycksell inked a two-year, two-way contract that comes with a $787,500 cap hit at the NHL level with Philadelphia on Thursday, per Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia.
Lycksell completed his entry-level contract, which made him a restricted free agent this summer. He had an assist, eight PIM and seven blocks in eight contests with Philadelphia last season. Lycksell also recorded 14 goals and 45 points in 53 AHL outings with Lehigh Valley.

Flyers' Olle Lycksell: Drops to AHL affiliate
Lycksell was reassigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Thursday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Lycksell will join Lehigh Valey for its Calder Cup playoff push. The 2017 sixth-round pick has racked up nine goals and 34 points through 34 AHL appearances this season.

Lycksell notched an assist and four PIM in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers.
Lycksell took a double-minor for high-sticking that led to the Oilers' game-tying goal. Before that, he had a secondary helper on Owen Tippett's second-period tally, which earned the 23-year-old Lycksell his first NHL point in six appearances. The winger has added four shots on goal, six blocked shots, six PIM and an even plus-minus rating. He'll have a chance to stick in the lineup while the Flyers are missing multiple regulars up front.

Lycksell was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Saturday, according to Adam Kimelman of NHL.com.
Lycksell will replace Kieffer Bellows on the roster after the Flyers put Bellows on waivers Friday. Lycksell has yet to pick up a point in three NHL games this season. He led the Phantoms with 34 points in 34 games before his recall.

The Flyers claimed Lukas Sedlak off waivers from Colorado on Wednesday, which lowered Lycksell's chances of getting into games. At least in the minors he should get regular work. He had no points or shots in 9:02 of ice time in the Flyers' 3-2 win against Vancouver on Saturday.

Lycksell was recalled from Lehigh Valley of the AHL on Saturday, according to Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The 23-year-old will be available to play Saturday when the Flyers take on the Canucks. Lycksell played last season with the SHL's Vaxjo HC, where he had 14 goals and 34 points in 47 games. He takes the roster spot of Owen Tippett, who has been placed on injured reserve with an upper-body injury.
