49ers' Aaron Banks: Aggravates toe issue
Banks told reporters Tuesday that he aggravated his turf toe injury in the 49ers' 33-19 loss to the Ravens, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Banks missed two games earlier in the season with this toe issue and it now seems as if it could hinder him going forward. The third-year guard out of Notre Dame was unable to return to the field after exiting Monday night's game, so his practice participation will be something to look out for leading up to San Francisco's Week 17 contest.

Banks (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 11 contest versus Tampa Bay, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.
Banks will miss a second straight week as he continues to recover from turf toe. San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan indicated that the offensive lineman has "just a chance" of returning Thanksgiving Day to face the Seahawks. With Banks out Sunday, Jon Feliciano will likely start at left guard.

Banks (toe) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
The third-year offensive lineman out of Notre Dame was held out of practice all week with a toe issue, so it's no surprise that he'll be inactive this Sunday. Nick Zakelj is expected to start at left guard in Banks' stead.

Banks suffered a shoulder injury during San Francisco's Week 5 win over Dallas, but it seems as if he's had enough time to move past the issue. The 26-year-old went from limited participation Wednesday and Thursday to a full workload Friday, and he's expected to suit up this coming Sunday.
